He also hoped that Peter Parker would wear this suit and become the true Spider-Man.
"This is... amazing!"
Looking at the finished Spider-Man suit, Peter Parker couldn't help but exclaim in admiration.
"Alright, keep this suit well. It's dinner time. I'm going out to eat. Are you coming?"
If Han Yu hadn't mentioned the time, Peter Parker wouldn't have realized it was already 6 p.m. He thought for a moment, then called his Aunt May at home, saying he had an event at school and wouldn't be home for dinner.
After receiving her consent, he happily put away the Spider-Man suit, beaming like a child who had just received a new toy.
Han Yu walked out of the room and called out to the upstairs, "Wanda, Pietro, let's go eat dinner!"
"Eh, are there other people living upstairs now?"
Peter Parker was a bit curious. When he came before, Han Yu had been living alone.
Han Yu replied, "Yes, my girlfriend and her brother."
A response came from upstairs, but ten minutes later, only Wanda came down.
Han Yu asked, "Where's Pietro? Still sleeping?"
Wanda shook her head helplessly and said, "He's awake, but he said he wanted to go play with Ace, so he's not joining us for dinner."
This surprised Han Yu. He hadn't expected them to be so close.
"Alright, then it's just the three of us!"
Before leaving, Han Yu created a Green Lantern ring and sent it to Quicksilver through the General Store system.
On one hand, it gave him more self-defense capabilities. On the other, it served as a means of communication.
Han Yu drove out a car from behind the General Store. Peter Parker's eyes widened when he saw it. "Han, this car... must be worth at least tens of millions of dollars!"
He had seen this car online. It ranked among the top 50 luxury cars in the world, with a base price of tens of millions of dollars. He never expected Han Yu to actually own one.
Han Yu smiled and said, "Do you like it? When you come of age, I'll buy you one."
For Han Yu, money was like dirt. He could easily earn tens of billions by selling just one Green Lantern ring.
Even his most basic energy equipment could fetch hundreds of millions of dollars. A car worth tens of millions was nothing to him. He could drive one and discard it without a second thought.
"Uh, that's really not necessary."
Peter Parker hesitated. A car of this caliber was something he could only dream of owning. Even if Han Yu offered it to him, he wouldn't dare accept it. People should have cars that match their status, and driving something too flashy might not be a good thing.
Han Yu didn't mind. He smiled and let it go.
On the way to the restaurant, Wanda chatted mostly with Peter Parker, the young woman curious about high school life and peppering him with questions about it.
Meanwhile, Han Yu drove, his mind occupied with the completed task.
"Settle task. Keyword: 'Spider-Man Suit'!"
"System is processing... Settlement complete!"
"Reward obtained: Emotion Potion: Torrential Sobbing x3. Effect: Causes the designated character to cry for ten minutes, and no method can stop the crying time!"
Upon hearing the reward, Han Yu almost spat out his drink in disbelief. What the hell was this, an Emotion Potion? It was the first time Han Yu had received such an item.
While he hadn't expected anything particularly valuable, he never imagined such an absurd reward. The Torrential Sobbing potion, to make others cry? Who in their right mind would enjoy watching someone else cry?
Han Yu rolled his eyes and decided to use it only when absolutely necessary.
Ten minutes later, Han Yu arrived at the restaurant with Wanda and Peter.
"We're eating here? This must be expensive..."
Peter Parker's expression clearly showed his surprise. In his experience, this restaurant was not cheap, with meals costing tens of thousands of dollars per person.
"Do you think I'm short on money?"
Han Yu chuckled and patted his car, saying that while this restaurant might be expensive for a student like Peter, it was nothing much for him, now a billionaire.
With wealth that even long-standing tycoons on the rich lists couldn't match, money was no object for Han Yu.
"You're right, I won't be shy then. I'm going to experience this restaurant's cuisine today!"
With the boss footing the bill, Peter Parker let go of his hesitation. If he were to act modest now, he'd risk losing a friend.
After handing the car keys to the valet, Han Yu, Wanda, and Peter entered the restaurant. Han Yu went to reserve a table, fortunately, it being a weekday, the restaurant wasn't crowded.
"Well, well, if it isn't 'Insignificant Parker'. Parker, did the door of this fancy restaurant get too big for you to sneak in?"
A sarcastic voice came from behind Han Yu's trio. Turning around, they saw a group of young men and women, around Peter's age, approaching them. The speaker was a burly guy at the forefront.
"His name is Flash Thompson. He's a star on our school's football team, and he always bullies me," Peter Parker grumbled, his voice low, as if afraid Flash would hear. His gaze lingered briefly on a girl beside Flash before quickly averting it.
Wanda didn't think much of it, just frowning at the rudeness of these kids.
Noticing Peter's subtle expression, Han Yu teased, "Parker, I remember you mentioning liking a girl who's the girlfriend of your school's football star. Isn't that the one by Flash's side?"
Upon hearing this, Wanda raised an eyebrow and patted Peter's shoulder, jesting, "Well, well, you're not so young but already have the spirit to steal someone's love?"
"No, no, it's not stealing. I just like her, and I haven't done anything to her..."
Peter Parker blushed under Han Yu and Wanda's teasing, trying to explain, but the more he tried, the more he felt like he was digging himself into a hole. So, he gave up and stopped explaining.
Seeing Peter ignore him and talk to the people around him, Flash frowned, intending to humiliate Peter further. However, when he saw Wanda beside Peter, his eyes lit up with admiration.
Wanda had a particular fondness for red, and today she wore a long red leather jacket paired with black pants. Though her appearance was innocent, her eyes held a subtle allure.
This kind of demeanor is unmatched by any of the young girls around Flash. Compared to Wanda, they pale in comparison.
Not only Flash wore this expression, but the few boys around him also had the same look, all captivated by Wanda.
However, Wanda paid no heed to them, not even glancing at them. She only spoke to Han Yu and Peter Parker, as if the group standing beside her didn't exist.
"Hey, Parker, I don't want to see you here. Do you know where this is? I'll tell you, this is run by a friend of my dad's, and I come here often. I'll tell you, I...sobs."
Flash couldn't even finish his sentence before he felt a strange sensation in his lacrimal glands, and soon after, he demonstrated what it meant to "weep like rain."
"Well done! It seems this classmate is deeply moved by his father's ability to provide such a life for him. Truly a filial son!"
Han Yu clapped his hands directly, and the people around Flash looked at each other in confusion, subconsciously following suit with their own applause.
What's going on? One moment he's fine, the next he's crying? Being moved shouldn't make him cry like this.
"Flash, come on, we know you're moved, but stop crying..."
Someone tried to comfort Flash, but people had already gathered around him because of his crying. They were all high school students, and this kind of embarrassing situation was unbearable.
Flash: I didn't want to cry!
Flash tried to pull on the people around him, trying to explain that he wasn't crying, but the tears wouldn't stop.
At first, he was holding on and felt like he was about to stop, but the pulling made him cry even harder.
Those who didn't know the reason thought he must have thought of something related to his father, which is why he was crying so hard.
The restaurant manager heard that someone was crying in the lobby and couldn't stop, so he hurried over.
Upon seeing Flash, the spoiled rich kid, he assumed it was a problem with the service and scolded the waiters. But they all said it wasn't their fault; he just started crying all of a sudden.
They also heard that he must be deeply moved by his father's generosity in providing him with such a good life.
Flash could already imagine how long he would be laughed at if this story spread back to school.
