Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Reconstruction of the Hidden Leaf Village

Han Yu smiled but didn't respond to Tsunade, his fingers dancing in mid-air as if searching for something. Tsunade leaned in curiously, only to see Han Yu gesturing through empty space, accomplishing nothing visible.

After a brief half-minute, Han Yu's face lit up, and he suddenly clenched his right hand, and a shining silver arm-bracelet appeared on his forearm, resembling a launcher. Along with it came a tiny red scroll, no larger than a palm, which Han Yu inserted into the arm-bracelet launcher and adjusted before slapping the ground.

Instantly, a cloud of white smoke erupted, and when it dissipated, a team of construction-like robots, each with the appearance of a ninja but their faces covered by black cloth, materialized before the clearing.

"What... is this?" Tsunade asked, astonished. The technique clearly resembled Shadow Clone Jutsu, but Han Yu's method of activation seemed strange.

"We promised to rebuild after the disaster, and with your people so badly injured, it would take years to reconstruct the Hidden Leaf Village," Han Yu said, patting the shoulder of one of the burly robots. "These are for you, Tsunade. They won't tire, hunger, or need rest, and they possess immense strength. With their efficiency, they should significantly reduce the time needed for the village's reconstruction."

Han Yu had provided not only this team of fifty construction robots but also an endless supply of wood and stone for the reconstruction efforts.

Watching the robots already at work clearing the ruins, Tsunade was stunned by their speed and efficiency. Each robot possessed the strength to lift objects seven or eight times their own weight, far exceeding human capabilities.

It was hard to imagine the impact such beings could have in war. Tsunade found herself even more intrigued by Han Yu, who seemed to excel in both appearance and strength, with an aura of authority during combat that suggested he was far more than just a pretty face.

"What is this thing you're using?" Tsunade asked, curiously eyeing Han Yu's arm.

"Ah, this is a Scientific Ninja Tool," Han Yu explained without hesitation. "It allows the release of ninjutsu through sealed scrolls, enabling even those without chakra to unleash A-rank techniques."

Han Yu enthusiastically recommended the tool, knowing that it would eventually be developed in the Naruto world a decade later. By selling it to Tsunade, he would create a new timeline where Scientific Ninja Tools originated from his introduction.

"Name your price," Tsunade said. "Even if not mass-produced, a small batch of these could form a formidable team."

In the Naruto world, many ninjas struggled with chakra control or the arduous training of ninjutsu. These Scientific Ninja Tools could liberate them from the painful process of chakra cultivation. Although they might not excel at ninjutsu, they often possessed exceptional tactical minds, which could greatly benefit the nation if harnessed in combat.

Han Yu's mind raced as he calculated the total value of his offer. After a moment, he spoke, causing Tsunade's expression to darken.

"Well, for the reconstruction of the Hidden Leaf, I'll need one Senzu Bean, one hundred Scientific Ninja Tools, several hundred pre-inscribed ninja scrolls, and additional scrolls capable of importing ninjutsu. The total comes to..."

"Let's round it off to three hundred billion ryo," Han Yu concluded.

The ryo was the standard currency unit in the Land of Fire, with C-rank missions typically ranging from ten to fifty thousand ryo and S-rank missions reaching into the millions.

Three hundred billion ryo was an astronomical figure, even for a nation.

Tsunade was annoyed by the obvious attempt at exorbitant pricing but couldn't quite bring herself to voice her frustration.

"Leaf Village, the capital of the Fire Country, if it fails to recover swiftly from this devastating blow, it risks invasion from other nations. The losses would then be far greater than mere 1.2 billion ryo."

"Take your time to think it over. I'll wait."

Han Yu smiled and headed towards the ramen shop. By the time he arrived, his ramen had just been served, the steaming aroma making his mouth water. He quickly dug in.

Barely had he taken a few bites when Tsunade swept aside the curtain of the ramen shop and addressed Han Yu, "I agree."

"Hey, a wise decision. Everyone, let's quickly clear an area for the injured to rest."

Han Yu snapped his fingers, and the robotic assistants immediately flew out, their movements graceful yet their speed in clearing the rubble astonishing.

Some cleared the ground, while others flew into the surrounding forests to fell trees for building materials.

"Oh, a wise choice indeed. Rest assured, the people I've given you can not only restore Leaf Village to its former glory but also propel its technology forward by decades. You'll see," Han Yu glanced back at Tsunade, slurping his ramen as he spoke vaguely, "Moreover, you should know better than I the effects of my Senzu Beans. Even Orochimaru couldn't replicate them in this world."

Tsunade nodded, not surprised that Han Yu knew of Orochimaru. With his immense strength, it seemed only natural that he would be aware of such figures.

After a moment, Tsunade let out a soft sigh, her voice suddenly choked with emotion. "What's the use of me surviving alone? This disaster has reduced Leaf Village's population by at least eighty percent. Those were living, breathing beings!"

Han Yu, though silent, noticed the tears streaming down Tsunade's cheeks and dripping onto the table.

The owners of the ramen shop, Ichiraku, were also deeply saddened, knowing that without Han Yu, they too would have perished under Pain's Shinra Tensei.

"Well, let's consider it a welcome gift for a new customer," Han Yu muttered, patting Tsunade's shoulder before standing up and walking out. "This one's on the house."

"What are you doing?" Tsunade sniffled, her voice choked with emotion.

Han Yu didn't answer, but as he walked out of the ramen shop, he spoke to himself.

"System, redeem a limited-time item using upgrade points: [Outer Path: Resurrection of All Things]!"

"Upgrade points consumed: 3. Obtained item: [Outer Path: Resurrection of All Things] - One-time use!"

With the sound of his command, a pale purple scroll appeared in front of Han Yu, floating in mid-air. It was the Outer Path: Resurrection of All Things that he had previously taken from Pain.

Upon hearing that it cost three upgrade points, Han Yu couldn't help but let out a gasp. Even a one-time use was so expensive; he couldn't imagine how much the full version would cost.

"Bring back the villagers of Leaf Village who died under Shinra Tensei!"

"Outer Path: Resurrection of All Things!"

As Han Yu spoke, the scroll in his hand exploded, transforming into a shower of light that soared into the sky.

Suddenly, a colossal figure materialized out of thin air, the God of Death from the Naruto world!

Its jaws gaped wide, and countless souls flew out, landing on the ground and transforming into human forms. The deceased villagers of Leaf Village were all resurrected!

Tsunade stepped out, her lips trembling as she gazed upon the familiar faces. She couldn't believe it – they were alive again?

Not an illusion?

"I... I don't know how to thank you enough," Tsunade stammered, stunned by the scene before her.

"Payment, please. Three hundred billion ryo and those two ninja techniques you promised. You're not planning to skip out on the bill, are you?" Han Yu said with a smile, his price unchanged.

Seeing Han Yu's smile, Tsunade's heart was overwhelmed with emotion, making her feel that the three hundred billion ryo was a small price to pay.

"I'll have the Anbu prepare the money immediately," Tsunade said.

Leaf Village's treasury was not located on the surface, so it didn't take long to prepare.

When the money was ready, an Anbu member came to report. Tsunade turned to speak to Han Yu, "The three hundred billion ryo fills several large warehouses. How do you plan to transport it?"

"Huh? Where did he go?"

Turning around, she found that Han Yu had vanished, leaving only a card in his former seat.

Tsunade picked up the card, and just then, several Anbu members rushed over, looking flustered. "Hokage-sama, the ryo in the warehouses has mysteriously disappeared!"

Upon hearing this, Tsunade was slightly surprised but her attention returned to the business card in her hand. Written on it were two lines:

Yu's General Store

Han Yu

Suddenly, Han Yu's chuckling voice echoed in her mind, "If you need anything, inject chakra into the business card, and you'll arrive at Yu's General Store!"

"This guy is quite amusing," Tsunade said with a hint of a smile, her fair face beaming with a captivating radiance.

The Anbu member beside her was taken aback. He had never seen Tsunade look as stunning as she did now; she was simply breathtaking!

"After rebuilding Leaf Village, I'll visit his general store," Tsunade decided.
