Anthony didn't react anyway. As for how the Lich knew of his reward and his name, he had come to the conclusion that those various Lovers Of Death's subordinates stationed at each domain seemed able to communicate with one another and talked about the geniuses that came their way.
Which was sort of understandable, after all, these people were stuck here for God knows how long, it was probably the only way to communicate and cure their eternal boredom. But... that meant that the Lich already knew of his strength... at least the one he used against the Dark Knight, and also knew of the amount of Laws he had in his arsenal.
In conclusion, the Lich was playing these six geniuses, they were puppets in his hands. After all, to the six of them, they would work together and defeat him, and when they did, they would then fight for the corpse. But what they didn't know was that the Lich believed that he could kill all of them, hence achieving the entire purpose of the death game challenge.
