"This is beautiful." The young God was looking wide eyed at the beautiful scenery around him. Open grasslands with animals grazing on them. Green, lush forests where animals both magical and normal claimed their home. Clear blue sky where birds sang their songs. This brought tears to his eyes.
"It is, isn't it." Yvonne was standing right next to him, in a hunting leather vest and brown shirt and pants which emphasized all the curves in the right way. The young God was wearing similar clothes. They both looked like twins who wore the same clothes everyday.
As he was busy admiring the beautiful landscape a small bird landed on Yvonne's shoulder and started tweeting sweetly.
"Hello to you too, Rex." Yvonne started to pet the little bird and it started to chirp loudly.
"Oh he's nearby, sweet. Thank you." After she stopped petting the bird, it took off into the sky and flew off into the distant city from where the smoke was coming.
While they were talking, the newborn was busy running around and had gained quite a distance between both of them.
"This feels great, Yvonne! The grass is soft to touch and incredible. It is much better than the domain Celia created. I can feel the cold wind in my hair. And look at these flowers, their fragrance is absolutely great." He kept running around and inspecting every little detail and announcing it to her. When he didn't hear any response from Yvonne he turned towards her.
What he saw made his guts churn together. He felt anger rise once more, his eyes became bloodshot and he clenched his hands. The sharp finger nails drew blood from them.
Yvonne was busy kissing a silver haired man, who was atleast a head taller than her. His heart sank as he saw this happening.
'Aaaaaaagggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!' He couldn't form any coherent thoughts as the emotions clogged his mind. It was as if a lumo got struck inside his vocal cord. His breath grew ragged and short. Blood was now dripping on the ground from the clenched fingers. His face was a dark shade of red. Tears were once again forming in his eyes, but this time they weren't happy.
Yvonne was the one to back down. She was short one breath due to the elongated kiss. She had a blush of her cheeks, rivaling the young God's. "You are back my love." The silver haired elf was first to speak. He had grey eyes and milky skin like them both.
"Thank you for this... Welcome, Tavar." She still held him in her arms as the god standing a little far from them looked at Tavar in rage.
Tavar saw the red faced elf who was dripping blood from his hands and drew short breaths. He assumed the worst and called him out, "Hey! You there, are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere." He reluctantly let go of the beautiful goddess who stood beside him and went towards him. Yvonne saw this too and went to him.
As they approached near him, the young God fell face first into the ground but was saved by Tavar as he used wind magic to break the fall.
"Listen to me buddy, can you hear me!?" The young had lost consciousness. He had held his breath for too long and felt his head light due to lack of oxygen reaching his brain.
Tavar didn't wait and conjured a light wind which kept him afloat for both of them to observe and treat.
As he lost his conscience, the aether particle inside his body dissipated and returned back to normal. He open his eyes back in the space.
'What is happening' His mind was still a mess due to the episode he back on the planet. He started to scrach his chest where his heart beated back there.
'Why is this happening to me?' He shook his head to get rid of the emotions inside him but was unable to.
"Hey, are you okay?" He heard the sweet voice call out to him and saw Yvonne nearing him. Her voice shaked away the violence of feelings which was his mind.
"Yeah, I just lost control of my body, everything is good." It was an obvious lie, which she caught but didn't follow upon it. It took hardwork to lie in front of a God.
"We could just not go back, it's okay. We could both observe from here. Just you and me." She specifically said that last sentences in order to prevent anymore accidents from happening. She wasn't blind or dumb, it was very clear that he was jellous of Tavar. Any interaction between them was going to cause commotion.
"No, I just needed a moment." Even though he didn't like Tavar, he wasn't going to miss out on an opportunity like this. In his mind he had sliced apart him like Yvonne sliced the aether fiend in fluid motions, a dozen times.
"You don't have to do that, we could ju-"
"No! I want to go." She didn't argue further.
*Back on the planet*
When he opened his eyes once again, he saw the blonde beauty who had brought him here. Tavar wasn't present with them.
"You okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine." As he looked around he saw a room decorated with paintings and tapestries. He was currently resting on a soft mattress which felt like a comfy cloud.
He stood up and looked at the balcony in the room and walked towards it until he was standing near the railing that prevented someone from falling.
There were buildings and houses everywhere. He had seen it in the memories Yvonne had shared with him. But seeing it in real life made it more spectacular. There were rows of houses, neatly stacked. A number of big buildings dotted the city.
He felt a hand land on his shoulder and gril it.
"Welcome to Tavar, my friend" The silver haired elf was standing behind him with a smile on his face. Yvonne was standing behind him with an uneasy smile of her own.
"I am not your friend." He hissed through his clenched teeth.
