When Loretta returned home, she settled at the kitchen counter with Lydia and began going through the preparations for the family dinner.
Lydia brought out the list of Goodman family members who were expected to be invited.
"These are all the family members who should be invited," she explained. "There are about twenty people."
Loretta looked through the list carefully . Lydia had wrote each name and explained their relationship to Kevin. After looking at the list she nodded her head, "Alright. Use this list."
Lydia took the list back, but she did not immediately move away. She glanced at Loretta for a moment, as though there was something else on her mind.
Loretta noticed her hesitation, "What is it?"
Lydia looked down at the list again, "madam... wouldn't you invite the Gladstone family?"
Loretta looked at her, "must I invite them?"
