Jayjay's pov
While driving back my mind was on Drew the whole entire time. We were riding with eman since keifers car was with blaster and yet I still couldn't concentrate.
50,000? Before midnight that was almost impossible I needed to burrow it from someone I was thinking about the king but he'd know if I asked for such a big amount I couldn't ask him but he was really the only person who I could ask full amount from. Although the horoscope was an option but he would also get suspicious and put two and two together but I didn't have a choice. The only thing I could do was ask the horoscope.
But as I was looking out the window zoning out I felt a hand on my thigh and I just knew it was king without him even saying anything I quickly slapped his hand away and he pouted.
"That hurt"
He whispered-yelled
"Well maybe your hands shouldn't wander"
I scolded and I heard eman chuckle from the front so I glanced over at the passenger seat and noticed josh. He still had that stern expression. Was he still mad about what happened at the retreat? Dammit I needed to make things right with him but then I looked over to the guy beside keifer. Rory even he seemed to be tired he kept dozing off. Man these finals had everyone worked up.
As we pulled into school the king held my hand a little tighter and I looked around for the other two cars pulling in belonging to Eren and David.
As soon as we pulled in everyone started running to get to class and so did I. And as soon as we got in madam Cindy was there.
"Where have you been?"
"Uhm we had an emergency which caused us to be out it was really important and I apologize ma'am"
Said David
Ma'am sighed but let us sit down and she started teaching but I thinking about Drew I needed to arrange the cash. A young girls life is on the line I need to do it for her and I can't even imagine the horrible things that they would do to her if they got her. I shook my head in disgust just thinking about it.

I barely remember the lecture ending but I ran out the classroom and the king as expected caught up with me.
"Baby I'll drop you" he said
"No...no I'll go with horoscope and go home and check on Keigan but so far blaster seems fine so they didn't get into a fight."
"They probably didn't and even if they did it's his fine life I can't interfere it's his love life"
I nodded but keifer should interfere when it gets too out of control. But I was sticking to my plan I walked out and waited for horoscope and he approached with the witch clinging to him.
"Aries we need to talk"
He raised an eyebrow but nodded and we got in a this witch and him really didn't care that I was there they were just flirting and it was so annoying. And thankfully there was minimal traffic so we dropped her off fast and I got in the front and me and horoscope started talking
"Can we go to a restaurant to talk"
"Seriously? Food? Your gonna drain me"
I bit my lip. Shit I was gonna ask him for money and he already says I'm draining his wallet.
But horoscope complied and we drove to a restaurant the same hotpot spot me and Keifer went to and got out and started walking in.
And honestly I was lucky to have horoscope even tho he's grumpy and annoying as my brother.
