Conflict against Ten Rings
As someone who had spent more than 50% of the national budget on research and development, Hancock understood the loss they are facing right now at the moment. But in this case, they need to treat their future steps carefully.

These soldiers are trained in all types of combat that would suit there transformation. And they are considered as the trump card of the security of Amazon Lily. Considering that they could not transform back to human, Hancock had forbidden their deployment outside Amazon Lily. But that was not put into a solid rule. So the chief of commerce had proposed that idea.
"May I ask what you suggest then, princess ?" The chief of foreign affairs asked Sandersonia.
"I will handle it." Before Sandersonia could answer, Hancock spoke up.
Everyone went silent when they heard that.
"Ragna, do you have any solid proof against wakanda that they are copying our health care products and producing them locally without our permission ?" Hancock asked the chief of national security.
"Of course Empress, our assets have sent back the necessary documents and even a picture of the factory where they are producing these medicines and health care products." Panthera Ragna told Hancock.
"Then I will take Sabra and Tymon with me. You may leave the negotiation to me. Unless I fail to solve this problem we will move on to the next topic of discussion." Hancock said with finality.
"Our third topic of discussion is our clash with the secret terrorist organisation named 10 rings in the north east region of India. We were searching for rare Earth minerals along with some Indian scientists and geologists. But when we found a small mine of Gold, we discovered that an organisation called 10 Rings was already mining it.
Technically we can choose not to interfere. Since providing such help doesn't come under our deal with India. But if we do provide them support then we can at least demand them to sale those gold to us. Or we can use it in the industrial sector. This conflict is not our own. But if we solve it then we can come out profitable." The chief of national security told Sandersonia.
"If I understand correctly then we have to avoid 3 things if we want to interfere in this matter. First of all we must make sure that we get the local political support from India and a non interference term. That will be extremely necessary if we want to fight on foreign grounds.
Second is international secrecy. If I understand correctly, then 10 rings is the most powerful terrorist organisation in the Asia right now. They have both man power and money power. Their influence has reached beyond Middle East. If we are going to fight against such an organisation then we cannot alert any other foreign power. Especially not with the upcoming war.
That brings us to the third matter. We cannot move our troops directly to India. We have to fight them using our existing military." Sandersonia said, looking at the chief of foreign affairs.
The old man immediately straightened up. "I can solve our first issue without any problem. My personal relationship with the minister of foreign affairs in India is really good. We can even settle on another deal even before helping them."
"I don't think the second matter will be a problem either. If we move silently, then with all the conflict going on in the west, no one would look towards the East. As long as the United States of India doesn't change it's decision to not join any fraction in the upcoming war, we can solve the problem discreetly.
As for our third problem-"
"Solving these three problems will not be enough." Hancock intervened again.
"Queen mother, please guide us." Sandersonia immediately turned to Hancock.
"Tell me princess, do you really want to go after that gold mine ?" Hancock asked Sandersonia.
"I do… we are not going to steal it. We are just going to buy it with a discount. So I don't think it there is anything wrong with wanting the gold." Sandersonia said, without backing away.
"If that is what you want, then you will have to go there yourself. The leader of the 10 rings is not an easy man. If it turns out to be an all out war between us, then we will only lose our soldiers. Take Logan and some of your trusted members of the Special guards with you." Hancock told Sandersonia.
