In fact the power struggle had already reached a minor level of armed conflict between the two Nations. Alliances were already being made.
And who knows, the butterfly effect might help start World War 1 way earlier than it should have happened.

"Mother…" Princess Boa Sandersonia stood up immediately followed by all the other officials in the meeting room, as Boa Hancock entered the room. It was a highly confidential meeting, in which only the high-ranking members of the military and government of Amazon Lily were involved. Every single person present in the room was absolutely loyal to Hancock and was aware of her existence.
Hancock had removed herself from the politics of Amazon Lilly after Sandersonia took over as the Princess. She only controlled things when it was necessary and that was from the shadows. She spent most of the time working in her labs and developing her new project, "the devil fruit".
But the meeting she has come to attempt was extremely important which could affect the future of Amazon Lily.
After Hancock took her seat on a luxurious couch away from the round table where Sandersonia and everyone else were sitting, everyone finally sat down.
Boa Sandersonia, the princess of Amazon Lily, had inherited 50% of her mother's beauty and 50% of her father's mutation, granting her unmatched beauty along with healing factor and extended lifespan. Although, she couldn't reload claws like her father, she did has superhuman strength, speed, stamina and senses.
"Now let's begin the meeting. Ladies and gentlemen, today we have three major topics to discuss. I had already sent you the necessary files regarding these topics. But I will summarize it once again for everyone." Sandersonia said with her professional tone.
"The first topic of our discussion is the beginning of the first global conflict consisting of many European Nations which will soon expand to many Asian and African Nations. We must discuss our stands in this entire conflict." Sandersonia paused for a moment, before continuing to the next topic.
"The second important topic that we must discuss is, Wakanda, a nation which was supposed to be insignificant and valueless due to its lack of resources copying our medicines and health care products and mass producing them to use in their country without our consent.
Finally, we must discuss the rising problems in North East India regarding the civil unrest and man made pointless conflicts and the involvement of the Ten Rings terrorist organisation in those cases." Sandersonia made the second and the third point back to back.
"Queen mother, would you like to give any suggestion before we start our discussion ?" After briefing everyone about what they are going to discuss, Sandersonia turned towards Hancock to ask her.
"Forget about World War 1. This upcoming conflict has nothing to do with Amazon Lily. Unless they directly attack the ships with our flag or make any move towards our assets and factories in India, we will not involve ourselves in the fight. Decline all the requests for military assistance from any Nation. This includes selling specialised poisons too.
Let them fight. They will fight among each other and bleed. But when they bleed make sure that they will be using our bandages and medicines to heal themselves. This is a golden opportunity for Amazon Lily to earn a fortune. If the risk in the sea route increases then don't hesitate to increase our state tariffs either. How much are you going to increase, you can discuss it on your own. But that will be all of my opinion on the first topic of discussion." Hancock told the council. Although she said it like a suggestion, everyone accepted it like an order.
Because everyone knew that what Hancock had said would be the most profitable for their country, while keeping them out of a conflict that has nothing to do with them.
"The second and the third problem are more important. Give us all of the information we have collected so far." Hancock told them.
Sandersonia nodded and signalled the chief of national security to continue.
A man who looked like a gym guy in his mid 50s stood up. He had a lot of military batches and medals on his uniform.
"Our agents have been living in Wakanda for years. And like we all know, they have the biggest and the only reserve of Vibranium on this planet. And they have been hiding it from the world ever since they found it. It is a small nation. So keeping the track of their population was not difficult for them. So they could easily point out infiltrators and eliminate them before anything gets out. And as far as we know we are the only Nation who knows about the existence of vibranium. The entire world, except for wakanda of course, is unaware about the existence of this element.
Vibranium has two very unique properties. It could absorb many types of energy including heat and kinetic energy and store them in it. On top of that it is extremely durable.
The entire Nation of Wakanda is heavily dependent on this vibranium. This has made them develop infrastructure and advanced weapons that make the current finance look like toys. Unlike what we had suspected, they were not technologically advanced from the rest of the world. Exactly like us they had given importance to science. But most of their things existed because someone else had discovered a concept outside of wakanda. For example there are alternate current motors and generators. The core concepts of these things are exactly the same as ours. The difference is that they have used vibranium to build them. And the rare earth metal had worked like a charm, making their generators and motors, a hundred times more powerful than ours. The same goes for our prototype internal combustion engines.
They are not advanced in terms of scientific progress. They are advanced because they have the right material to build their infrastructure." The chief of security finished providing some basic information about Wakanda.
Hancock, who was sitting on the couch, nodded in understanding. Geniuses like princess Shuri weren't born on trees. And the development of technology doesn't happen without brilliant minds. If necessary materials would be enough to build nuclear weapons then, Hitler could have built them before the United States. But it didn't happen.
So it was obvious why wakanda was replicating their chemical medicines and bio-technology. But doing so without their consent can be considered as an international crime.
Obviously they couldn't just let wakanda do whatever they want just because they think that they have superior firepower.
It was the great opportunity to extract some vibranium out of that cut off country. But the main question was how to do it without appearing hostile.
While Hancock kept her thoughts to herself, the council members' discussion regarding how to deal with the problem went in a similar direction. Shaming wakanda or exposing it in front of other countries will not benefit them in any way. Most of the major countries wouldn't even know about the existence of such a country. While they could attract international attention by exposing vibranium, it would be a foolish move.
