Everyone sat at the dining table waiting anxiously for Kim who
was turning a year today. Adele then brought her out and her quick
resemblance to Mavis surprised everyone. Mavis was the first to
present her a gift. She accepted it and said "thank you grandma". Savvy
stood up with Kevin's help since she was pregnant. She almost slipped,
but Kevin was quick enough to hold her. It didn't take long as she
panicked and later fell into unconsciousness. They quickly rushed her to
the hospital, leaving Adele and Kimberly behind. Adele later bathed
Kim, put her to bed and rent to her room to rest as well.
When she finished washing up, she started feeling nauseous. She
then called Joshua to get her pregnancy test kits on his way home. He
bought all the brands he could think of from the hospital pharmacy and
fortunately they all came out positive. He felt so excited that he
cuddled her the entire night out of joy.
The next morning, at the hospital, Savvy was finding a hard
time delivering. The doctor then advised the family to allow for a
caesarian session which they all agreed immediately. Savvy went
through a caesarian session just like Adele and delivered a bouncy baby
girl. Joshua took Adele and Kim to the hospital. The moment they got
there, Kim run into the opened arms of Mavis. "Grawma, I mished you"
mumbling the words from her mouth. She then kisses her cheek. They
smiled and laughed at her cuteness. They went to Savvy's room and
found the baby sound asleep. Kim ran to her and said. "Hi baby, can I
cawi her peece" She asked with her tiny voice. Mavis then carried the
baby and sat in the sofa to play with her. Adele: "Excuse me, I need to
use the restroom". Joshua held her tenderly as they both left the room.
Savvy giggled and Kevin held her mouth with his hand. Mavis
looked up and asked "What's funny? Why are you laughing?". Kevin
looked at Savvy and at Mavis and removed his hand from Savvy's
mouth. Kevin: "Mom, it was just a joke I said". Savvy just giggled more.
Savvy: "Don't you notice how brother is focused on sister?".
Few minutes later, they came back and realized how everyone
was looking at them. Joshua: "What's happening here? "Savvy just
giggled more. "Is Adele pregnant?" Mavis asked. The couple got
surprised. Joshua: "How did you know?" she just chuckled and
congratulated them. Kim: "Grawma, what is happeing?" Mavis too
answered. "You are getting a baby very soon. Kim: "Where ish the
baby?" she asked. Savvy: "In mommy's stomach". She went quickly to
Adele's tummy and began to whisper.
After few minutes, she said "I told baby to come so we can play
with new baby together". They then remembered the baby had no
name. "What's the baby's name?" Adele asked Kevin and he also
looked at Savvy. "I give you that right Savvy". "Ivy" I want to name her
"Ivy" Savvy said. They stayed for a little while and left the couple and their baby to the house
