"What? Damn it! You knew you were being chased but didn't shake them off before coming here? Doesn't that mean they'll know I brought Qin Yuan here?" Young Master Dong roared, his voice filled with fury.
Yun Yong quickly explained, "It's like this, Young Master Dong. The pursuer is Su Ming, the guy who beat us up. He has a bizarre superpower that we couldn't handle or shake off. We had no choice but to bring him here to deal with him! I believe you can handle him easily, Young Master Dong!"

"They're here!" Liu Shaofeng added.
"Hmph, fine! I'll wait for them!" Young Master Dong leaned against the hood of a Mercedes, his subordinate busy lighting his cigarette. As he drew on it, he kept his eyes fixed on the factory gate.
Soon, Su Ming and his group arrived. Seeing Liu Shaofeng and his men parked inside the factory workshop, they drove in as well. Su Ming stepped out of the car and immediately scanned the enemy's position. Liu Shaofeng wore a sinister grin, while Yun Yong smirked with ill intent. Both looked at Su Ming with malice. He saw Qin Yuan, held captive behind the group of dozens of men, with two women restraining her in a chair.
Qin Yuan spoke nervously to Su Ming, "You have to save me! I don't want to fall into their hands! That man in the white suit is dangerous—he's Young Master Dong of the Red Sea Gang. He captured me to threaten my mother!"
"What does your mother do?" Su Ming asked, puzzled.
"She's in the underworld, you idiot! The leader of the Jade Forest Gang is my mother! The Jade Forest Gang and the Red Sea Gang have always been enemies. I just realized Young Master Dong isn't targeting you—he's targeting me! If he gets his hands on me, he'll have leverage against the Jade Forest Gang!" Qin Yuan had recognized Young Master Dong's scheme as soon as she saw him. She'd met him before—he was a despicable man!
"So that's it!" Su Ming nodded, finally understanding why he'd had a nagging feeling that something wasn't right. With their capabilities, how could Liu Shaofeng and his companion have dared to pull off such a stunt?
Now it seemed they'd found a powerful backer. Su Ming's gaze fixed on Young Master Dong as he said, "I don't care what gang you're from. One word: let Qin Yuan go, or you'll regret it!"
"Kid, who the hell do you think you're talking to? Lower your tone." Young Master Dong's face darkened with displeasure. This guy hadn't even shown him the slightest respect from the moment he arrived. How could he maintain his status among his underlings if he didn't put this upstart in his place?
Young Master Dong flicked his cigarette butt away and glared at Su Ming with venomous eyes. "You're Su Ming, right? Took down Liu Shaofeng and his two goons. Not bad. Let's see how good you really are. Liu Shaoyu, go teach him a lesson!"
"Understood." Liu Shaoyu chuckled softly and stepped forward, standing opposite Su Ming. "I've heard you have a superpower. I'm eager to see what it is."
Su Ming's heart lurched. How did they know about his superpower? That was impossible. He hadn't told anyone—not even his closest friends. How could their enemies have found out?
"Damn it, stop pretending," Liu Shaoyu sneered. "Do you think you're the only one with superpowers? I'm an Ability User too. My ability is muscle enhancement. It's not like I can hide it—anyone can see it the moment I use it."
Su Ming was shocked again. *Another Ability User?*
He had previously thought he was the only lucky one to become an Ability User. Now he realized how naive he had been. Superpower Chips—this kind of ability-granting technology must be a high-end business, something hidden from the public, beyond the reach of ordinary people.
"Muscle Enhancement, Double Boost!" Liu Shaoyu suddenly roared. A faint, peculiar glow began to swirl around his body as his muscles swelled to an unbelievable size, far more developed than before. They looked dense, solid, and brutal. Su Ming's brow furrowed. The enemy hadn't lied—he had already activated his superpower.
*This is bad,* Su Ming thought. *My superpower is on cooldown. It'll take three more minutes to recharge. In three minutes, I'll definitely lose against him with my current skills!*
*Whoosh!* Liu Shaoyu charged forward, throwing a punch that glowed faintly with energy. The force behind it was terrifying, and the air whistled as it hurtled toward Su Ming.
Su Ming didn't dare meet the blow. He knew that even a single hit from that punch would instantly defeat him. Liu Shaoyu's superpower was muscle reinforcement, which made his body incredibly durable—far beyond Su Ming's frail physique could withstand. He dodged to the left, narrowly avoiding the attack. "Hmph! You've got some moves! Where's your superpower? Don't you want to use it? Or are you confident you can beat my muscle-enhanced body without using your own powers?" Liu Shaoyu growled, his voice laced with irritation. He felt utterly disrespected!
*Damn it! Do you think I don't want to use it? It's on cooldown!* Su Ming thought bitterly. He had no choice but to stall for three more minutes, constantly evading and keeping Liu Shaoyu at bay. Right now, Liu Shaoyu was just a brute force fighter—letting him get close would be like falling into a trap!
"Haha! Haha! Kid, is that all your ability amounts to? You said I'd regret it? That's laughable! My single subordinate is making you run around like a scared rabbit. What's the difference between you and a coward?" Young Master Dong watched the duel between the two, his laughter echoing as he spoke.
Nearby, Li Lili and Li Gao watched Su Ming being relentlessly beaten. The three of them were deeply frustrated. Wasn't Su Ming supposed to be a formidable fighter last time? Why was he so pathetic now?
If Su Ming lost, they would all be in grave danger, possibly not making it back alive. These thugs were ruthless—they'd even stabbed a teacher at the school gate. What else were they capable of?
The chase continued for three minutes.
