The sun rises over the city, light falls on Hectors room. He's under the covers and light falls on him, he pulls the cover off to reveal his face. He didn't catch any sleep at all. He groggily gets up on his feet to the bathroom to prepare for class. He gets out yawning with his bag on his back.
He rubs his face, "What a night!" he starts walking towards campus, "Strange box and a System. It feels like my life has become a video game." A screen appears before him.

Hector freezes, he reads the failure part. He's agitated, "What do you mean taste of death!"

Hector calms himself and continues walking to campus. He arrives at the gate and sees a group of guys at the gate. They spot him and surround him. "Well well well," One of them speaks, "What do we have here?" he shoves Hector forward and another shoves him back saying, "Ewww, he'll get his poverty all over me."
They laugh at him and Hector slowly walks away gritting his teeth. Hectors thoughts, "I'll make them pay one day." He walks under the gazes of everyone and they all belittle him, some even throw money at him.
The first guys to bully him have a conversation that Hector hears before leaving, they talk about a transfer student joining them soon.
Hector continues to the main building, he goes to his locker and picks his notebook and pens. He walks off towards his class for his first lecture. Even in his class he's isolated at the center with his mates looking at him with disgust. He sighs at all this and pays attention to the lecture.
The class finishes and Hector leaves towards the cafeteria for lunch. The food served is way above his budget but luckily the scholarship covered that. Hector gets a tray and goes to get lunch, he picked the food he want and noticed someone standing before him.
Hector looks up to see a lady before him staring at the food unable to decide. He feels his heartbeat increase as he stares at her, he realizes he's staring and looks away to not get into any trouble. But he steals some gazes at her as he goes to sit down, he sits at the corner where the lower class sit for lunch.
Hector meets his friend Louis, "Hey Lou." Hector smiles seeing.
Louis looks up, "Hector!" He has a broad smile, "You look like crap! Didn't you get any sleep last night?"
Hector sits beside him, "Yeah, the commotion from yesterday kept me up."
"Oh, did you also see the light?" Louis asks.
Hector nods, "Yeah, I came to check up on.." He hears an alarm in his mind and he sees a screen before him.

Hector is surprised but continues speaking, "Our project, I thought something happened to it." And his thoughts, "So Bot's master is the Network Master? At least now I know there're others involved."
Louis sighs, "I didn't see anything that night, just rumors but it sounds real too." Louis starts eating, "By the way, have you heard anything about the transfer student?"
Hector shakes his head, "No not really, I just heard of it this morning."
"Strange time to transfer, huh." Louis speaks then he look opposite him to a girl before him.
The girl, Mio is stuffing her face and speaks with her mouthful, "Wait, something happened to our project?"
Hector waves his hand, "No no no, it's alright."
"That's good." Mio speaks with her mouthful then she swallows, "It was hard finding parts for the project."
"Yeah," Hector speaks, "Thank you all for your help."
Mio smiles brightly and gives a thumbs up, "No problem, we're a team afterall!"
Louis hands Mio a tissue speaking softly, "Mio, here." He chuckles and Mio blushes. They continue to eat then a new tray is placed on their table. They look up and surprise fills their faces.
Hector stares at the figure as time seems to move slowly for him in thought, "So beautiful, a goddess has come to grace me wit-"

Hector snaps out of it though he's clearly nervous. Mio looks at the figure with wide eyes, "Hey, you're the transfer student. Why are you sitting with us?"
"Oh hi." The transfer student speak, "I'm Sivendy Alcore." She stretches her hand for a handshake and Mio shakes it happily.
Louis feels a chill down his spine and bows deeply, "Sorry for her rude behavior! And if you want, we'll move for you to have this table!"
Mio looks at him, "Huh? But why?"
Louis looks at Sivendy and in his thoughts, "She's from one of the high-class members, there's no way we can eat with her." Hector starts to daydream about Sivendy walking on the plains with her as the wind blows in her hair...
Sivendy chuckles, "There's no need for that. Besides, all the tables are occupied and this is the only one available. If I take this one, where will you eat." She smiles brightly at him. This calms Louis and he sits.
Mio turns to look at Sivendy smiling, "My name is Mio Fusseiwa."
Louis looks down at the table not daring to make eye contact, "I'm Louis Asuofori." Louis notices Hector is silent, he nudges him.
"Oh yes right," Hector is flustered, "I…I…sorry."
Sivendy smiles, "Don't worry about it. And what is your name?"
"Hector Twum," He says looking away from Sivendy, he can't look directly at her.
Mio starts the conversation, "So, what brings you here Sivendy?"
Hector and Louis' thought, "Thank God for Mio." Mio carries the conversation mainly because she can't read the room and doesn't pay attention to social standing.
They continue with their conversation and a group of ladies arrive there, the leader slams her hand on the table. "To think plebians like you have the audacity to sit at a table with Miss Sivendy!" she looks at them with disgust then she looks at Sivendy with a completely new look. "Hello, I'm-"
Sivendy speaks, "What is your problem?!" she stares at the leader from the corner of her eyes.
The leader smiles, "Well, these beggars have no right to sit with you." She puts her hand on her chest, "I on the other hand I'm worth it, I-"
"Ride on the tail coats of your parents," Sivendy speaks coldly like ice, "You have no achievements to speak of whatsoever yet you claim you're better than them."
"But-" The leader tries to speak but Sivendy interrupts her, "Get lost and take the baggage with you." She waves her hand away shocking everyone. The leader i has nothing to say so she leaves with her embarrassment.
