She threw the High Level Fish Spear like a javelin. A creature strong enough to be a zombie leader naturally wouldn't be killed by a single hit.
Faye Yardley hadn't expected that first strike to be decisive. Instead, she started relentlessly hurling various weapons at the zombie.
With a broken leg, the zombie was far less agile than before. It was frequently struck by a thrown Iron Axe or pierced in the shoulder by a spear...
It was a truly miserable sight.
As the zombie struggled to dodge left and right, Faye Yardley had already closed the distance, blade in hand. Gripping it with both hands, she swung down with all her might, hoping to cleave the zombie's head in two.
But the zombie instinctively raised its arms to block, parrying the full-force blow. It didn't escape unscathed, however. Its right hand was completely severed, and its left was halfway cut through, left dangling by skin and sinew.
"Heh... COUGH COUGH... Let's see you act so tough now?!"
