Yulia stand up, courage and conviction are visible in her eyes.

Our journey wasn't easy but it's also not life threatening. She was stiff at first but she got back her usual sharpness and got sharper. We killed a lot of monsters, wherever we go monsters got annihilated in sight. The dungeon itself moved the spaces become smaller and smaller. I was amazed by her judgement once again because we found what we want to be found. The towering gate made up of unknown metal is in front of us, The boss room.
"Are you ready?" I asked
"As ready as you are."
"Good, Let's go."
We pushed the gate and fire lit up around the room and we were greeted by an army of armored goblins with cold weapons and a huge orc like creature with 3 eyes staring at us menacingly. A pure metal giant battle axe appeared on its hand.
"Heh! So dramatic."
"Mhm, true but be careful it's not just for show. It's by far the strongest we've encountered."
"Understood."
I started to move and arrived at the boss face in an instant and punch it with black lightning but it dodged calmly. What? Where's the guaranteed hit effect. I use the soldiers as the energy battery or what Yulia called mana. Is it because we are in the dungeon? I continued my assault to the big guy with lightning attacks it either block or dodged. This thing is too fast, probably twice of the speed of sound.
Yulia is not playing around either She's facing an army of goblins with swordsmanship, martial arts and magic. I learned that they are using magic and the energy that I'm using is called mana. Yulia is fighting them seriously but she was being overwhelmed by numbers and me too. I need to keep my eyes and consciousness on both the big boss and to Yulia. To fight this big boss and to support Yulia.
I have to surpassed my current limit to break the current situation. I need to become faster so I covered myself in black lightning and my hair stand up, I accepted this magic powers as my own.

My speed increased and went straight to the big boss and quickly punch its solar plexus.

It flew and hit the wall hard. It stand up quickly, obviously pissed. I need to find a way to damage him as much as I could before Yulia could finished off all of his soldiers. Now that I got used to it's speed the guaranteed hit is at work again. I kicked the back it's head, punch and kicked All parts of its body, flashing all over. I smashed it to the ground with a big black lightning strike.

The smoke and dust cleared the 3 eyed orc stand up not unscratched. It looked at the battlefield on the other side and rushed there. Its clearly targeted Yulia.
" Where did you get the illusion that I will let you go?"
I saw Yulia smiled then clapped her hands.
*CLAP*
Even if I don't know what she's doing I still used {Dream Escape} to switch my place with her instantly.
*SWOOOSH*
I appeared in front of the Big boss and punched its stomach with very strong black lightning.

And it sent the boss far away and received considerable amount of damage. I give a quick look Yulia who fighting is fighting in a good mood. Whatever, as long as she's happy.

As expected of my besto friendo, he immediately understand what I want to do.

My control over my powers got polished as I fight until I control it without much waste. I think I will be able to do what is impossible before.

What the actual freak? These monsters fight like natural disasters clashing in literal sense. Noir is moving like lightning. If there's no lightning flashes I don't even know what's happening. The Orc Lord has already thrown it's weapon to the ground and started punching but it cannot catch even Noir's shadow. On the other hand Noir can't deal a heavy damage. One cannot catch the other and one cannot deal much damage.
And I can't even join and help my friend? Who decided that!. Yes I'm too weak, still too weak but I won't back down. It's a matter of pride maybe, yes I envy him for having a power greater than mine but I care about him and that's all that matters to me. I won't let him fight alone. Not as long as I can do something, Not as long as I can move.
I rushed there to fight with sword in my hands. I tightened my grip and poured my energy on it and swung it as hard as I can.

I shot the Blue Freezing energy to the middle of its chest. Since this is a fusion technique with internal freezing, so it can freeze it from the inside. Extreme cold or rapid cooling can make iron fragile, causing it to potentially shatter like glass rather than bend, especially if it falls below a certain ductile-to-brittle transition temperature. Since it has metal element, it should be the same.
"I didn't bother your fight right?" I asked
"Nope just in the right timing. By the way, Your new technique is so cool in literal sense."

I'm happy about the compliment but I'm not gonna show it.

We did what we planned. With Noir ensuring that our attack will land a hit every single time we didn't waste any energy and spam our finishing move.

We hit it hard repeatedly until the Orc Lord kneeled.

Noir pointed his two fingers at its chest and started to charging attack. His hair is still standing up, his eyes are devoid of light and looking at the Orc Lord coldly, has black jacket and black pants. I see the fit Noir, I see it.
"Black star Rail GUN!!!"
Black beam shot from his fingers and pierced the heart of the Orc Lord.

I agreed I'm mentally tired, like super tired

I woke up in my bed and saw mom, dad Selena and uncle Arnold. Wait a damn minute, uncle Arnold? What is he doing here? But I was hugged by mom before I could even ask
Her eyes were red. Looks like she cried a lot huh, I really make her worried. I feel guilty because this wouldn't be the last but it was only the start.
"I'm so worried about you."
"Sorry mom."
"No, don't say sorry. I'm just glad that you're okay."

Then I saw uncle Arnold's usual annoying smirk.
"Hahaha! It looks like you found a fine young man. "Of course not silly, it's not goodbye but see you later."
He mimicked me while grinning. Are all powerhouses annoying and punchable?. It was the same in anime and in real life. How did they know it in the first place?
"Uncle, I really do want to test my weapon on you."
Then I took out Shuāng Xīng Jiàn and sent it flying towards him. My sword is a flying sword. I used my fingers to control it but as expected I can't hit him even in the speed of sound. Everyone widen their eyes but my father calmed down quickly.
"Stop it you two, Especially you Arnold don't tease her too much. She needs to rest and Yulia, welcome home."
My eyes swelled and tears flows down
"Mhm, I'm home."
What a scary and crazy experience but this is only the start.
