Her fingers curled anxiously. She looked up at Damian Fairchild. "What?"
Cian had pulled so many shady moves with a single goal in mind: to force her to submit.
And with Damian Fairchild injured and in the hospital, telling him about it would only make him angry and upset, preventing him from recovering in peace.
Things could get ugly. He might go head-to-head with Cian, and they could both end up at the police station again.
So, Seraphina Quinn decided to play dumb.
But Damian Fairchild wasn't so easy to fool.
