Noir sitting on the sofa at the patio while drinking her tea. She been thinking since they come back from the baron house that evening. Luz, notice she is sitting alone outside quickly walk toward her and sit beside her.
"What's on your mind?" He asked.
"Well, I been thinking. How about we hide our marriage relationship with others? I have this feeling where if we tell others about it, something might happen." Noir concerned.
"Including my family?" Luz asked to confirm.
"No. I just want my family, Frost, your parent, Captain Cloud, the king and Sir Grey only know about our relationship." Noir explained.
"Aunt Scarlet and my other siblings?" Luz asked.
"Better hide from them. Not that I do not trust them but, the fewer the better. Your aunt has many connections, and we don't know if one of them are our enemy. Better be safe about it." Noir replied.
"My aunt going to hate you. She's already don't like you when you are making me sad the other day." Luz said.
"Nah, I will deal her coolness toward me. I rather she be safe than getting involve with our dangerous situation." Noir accepting her fate. Luz holds her hand gently and kiss on her cheek.
"We will get through it together." He said earning a smile on Noir face.
Luz looks at his ring and an idea struck him. He unlocks the silver necklace around his neck and put his ring as a pendant on the necklace. Afterward he put it back around his neck and lock it.
"No one will notice I'm married." He said making Noir chuckles.
"I will ask Uncle Cedar to make a fake marriage certificate for me to give it to our admin for register. This help our undercover at the Alliance and the real certificate need to be present to the king and Sir Grey only" Noir planed.
"Who's name you going to put on the marriage certificate?" Luz wondered. Noir thinking for a second and the name in her dream she used to have come into her mind.
"Silver, how about Shadow Silver." Noir said making Luz widen his eyes as he knows that name. The name that Phantom always call him in his dream.
"Phantom…? Shadow Phantom?" He said making Noir surprised.
"How did you know that name?" Noir wondered. Her heart skips a beat.
"My dream… Your Phantom, are you? My queen of night." Luz tried to confirm.
"Then… You, my Silver? The one that always come to my rescue?" Noir said. Luz hugged her tight. Finally, he found her Phantom that he always dreams with.
"Well, it seems that our fate leads us to meet in our dream and reality." Luz said happily.
"It seems so. And I am really glad that I found you." Noir replied earning a smile on Luz face.
"Let us go inside and tell others about we plan minus the Marquess part. Tomorrow, we need to go to the Lily City." Luz suggested. Noir nodded agree with Luz and both of them comeback inside to tell their family about it.
At Lily City…
Luz, Noir and Nero arrive at Lily train station at noon. They check-in into the inn not far from the Alliance where they will be inspection tomorrow. Nero helping Noir carry her bag into the inn with his and Luz suitcase.
"Room for two." Luz said. The receptionist nod and asking for their ID. Suddenly, they been interrupted by someone calling them from behind.
"Brother Luz!" Shouted Lumiere. A woman in her 50's walk behind Luz's sister.
"Lumiere, what you are doing here?" Luz asked.
"We come here for a snack." Lumiere said while dragging the woman toward Luz, Noir and Nero.
Noir looks toward Luz when she notices the woman stare at her with puzzled. Luz notice and smile. He hugs the woman gently and care.
"Noir, this is my mom, Rose. Mom this is my colleague, Noir. We have inspection work at the Lily Alliance starting tomorrow." Luz introduced them both.
"It is great to meet you ma'am." Noir greeted. Rose just nods and looks at Noir sceptically.
"Why are you stay here? Why not going back home?" Rose asked.
"Well, it is the nearest to the Alliance." Luz replied instantly.
"Having a home and don't come back. What the use?" Rose murmured angrily eventually being heard by others.
"Brother, how about you invite sister Noir to stay with us. That way mom won't be angry." Lumiere suggested.
"I like too but she's married. It is not appropriate for me to invite her to our house to live." Luz explained.
"But you stay at her house when you at Epiphyllum Town. What's the different?" Lumiere asked.
"I stay at her house because Raven invites me when Winter invites me to have dinner at his house. I'm also surprised when I know Winter is her brother-in-law." Luz replied and Nero confirmed it as he also there witnessing the event.
"Fine, if it takes you to come home. Noir, will you stay at our house as our guest?" Rose asked event though it not seem sincere.
"Actually ma'am, it is fine for me to stay here by myself. I already told Luz about it when we on the way here. He's the one that insist to accompany me staying at this inn. But it is an honour for me to accept your invitation." Noir said politely. Rose seems impressed.
"Good. Let have some lunch first before we are going back home. Do you have anywhere to go?" Rose said looking at Noir.
"Well, I did plan to look around the market area." Noir replied.
"Both of us also want to go there to buy something. We can go there together and going home afterwards." Rose suggested and Noir agree with the plan.
"Then, let's get something to eat first." Luz said and they going to the inn restaurant to have some lunch together.
At the market square…
They all split up and agree to meet at the square centre around 4 o'clock. Rose, Lumiere and Noir walking together and buy the things they have plan for while Nero and Luz walk the other way find something interesting to buy at the market. Lumiere run toward another stall when she interests with something at the stall. Rose just reminds her not to run as she might fall and sighed. She turned toward Noir that looking at the jewellery stall nearby.
A set of jewellery consist of a pendant and a pair of earing taking Noir interest. The black gemstone caught her sight making her mesmerise with its beauty.
"You have good sight, ma'am. This is made with black obsidian gemstone. They said this stone can protect its wearer." The stall owner said. Noir feels interested.
"They say it's also stone of truth." Rose interrupted.
"Very interesting. But this earing seems not the usual earring." Noir said pointing toward the earrings.
"You really have a keen eye, ma'am. The stone at this earring can also become pendant which you can give it to the one your love in cast both of you separated." The stall owner demonstrated.
"I take it. How much is it?" Noir make up her mind.
"It cost 9 gold coin. Do you want me to engrave it?" the stall owner said.
"It can be engraved?" Noir asked to confirm.
"Yes, just give me the name and I engraved it at the stone with my power. The engrave letter can be seen when you shine it toward the sun." The stall owner replied.
"Please engraved it. Here the name." Noir wrote her name and Luz name on a piece of paper and give to the stall owner before Rose turned toward her when she waves at her daughter that searching for both of them.
"Buying it?" Rose asked when she saw the stall owner engraved the stone at the back while his daughter entertained other customer.
"Yes, I want to give the pendant to my husband. Maybe it can protect him. After all, as you said it is stone of truth." Noir said with a smile on her face. Rose wondered as she feels there's a hidden meaning from Noir's words.
Upon finish engrave it, the stall owner put it in the jewellery box and wrap it up before giving to Noir. Noir pay the item and thank him. The three of them leaving the store and went toward the square centre as the time is reaching 4 o'clock.
"Having fun?" Luz asked as Rose, Noir and Lumiere arriving at the square centre.
"Yup. There are a lot of interesting things here." Noir said showing her shopping packages to Luz and Nero.
"And he almost buys anything he saw." Nero murmured while carrying a lot of shopping bag and packages. Noir chuckles making Luz embarrassed.
"Shut up." Luz pouted making Rose smiles as she saw her son been tease.
"Alright, let's go home now. We can talk more when we get home." Rose said. The others nodded in agreement.
