He continued to growl at me but I was not the least bit threatened. I walked around him, flicked the light off and let myself out through the creaky old door. When he did not follow I poked my head back in.
"You coming, or are you just going to stand there?"
His head snapped toward me and he stormed forward with purpose. I shrieked and jumped sideways as he flung the door open. It flew clean off its hinges and crashed to the ground. We both stood and stared at it for a second before I huffed.
"You broke my door."
"Your door?" His eyebrow went up.
"Yes. My door." I crossed my arms.
A smirk crossed his face and he rolled his eyes. "I will get it fixed. Maybe put a stable door on instead. Come on, I will show you the rest."
