Chapter 111 - Chapter 110 Daily Life (3-in-1)

Coming upstairs and opening the door, Leticia immediately saw the three young girls playing a game in the living room.

"Quinn, do you want to give it a try?" Hearing the sound of the door opening, Yori looked up and waved at Leticia.

"No, no, I'll just watch from the side." Leticia quickly shook her head. Looking at the map on the floor, which was complex enough to explode, she felt that this game was probably not that simple.

Then, she turned her head and looked around. "Where did Candice go?"

"Dr. Candice said if there's nothing else, she's going back to her room to rest," Kira explained. Candice was clearly uninterested in the game they were playing. After finding she had nothing to do, she took her leave from Kira and went back to rest.

As for whether there would be any emergencies requiring her?

She felt it was unlikely. Even if there were, she could just run next door and wake her up. It was very convenient.

"Oh, I see." Leticia nodded and walked over to her sister's side, starting to offer unsolicited advice.

"Wow, Kira, your luck is terrible. You only rolled a one."

"Shouldn't you just slash them with one hit?"

"You're about to lose! Pull yourself together, my dear sister."

"Dear sister, could you please shut your non-stop chattering mouth?" Kira's forehead was covered in black lines; her train of thought had been interrupted by her annoying sister.

In the end, this round was won by Yori, with Eriko coming in second, while Kira, who had been constantly interfered with by her dear sister, settled for third.

"Let's play another round!" Yori seemed like she hadn't had enough.

Kira immediately refused. "It's getting late. Leticia, you have school tomorrow. It's better to rest early."

"Eh? But it's only eight-thirty. We can play one more round."

"I'm a bit tired too. Let's stop here for today." Eriko shared the same thought as Kira, though her reason was more normal.

Although it wasn't very obvious now, this girl was a patient after all. A game lasting nearly an hour was a bit much for her to handle.

"Alright then," Yori said, sounding a bit disappointed.

Kira stood up, intending to go home with her sister, but another girl walked over to Leticia's side, just like her.

"Miss Yuna, may I have a few words with you in private?" Eriko asked softly, standing beside Leticia.

Leticia blinked. What was this about?

"Sure, let's talk outside." Patting her sister's shoulder to tell her to head back first, Leticia turned and agreed to Eriko's request.

Melanie sent Leticia a confused look. She couldn't understand why Eriko wanted to talk to Leticia alone.

Even if there was something to discuss, shouldn't she talk to her, the person who had spent more time with Eriko?

Melanie's confusion was also Leticia's. She didn't know what this girl she had met for the first time wanted to say to her.

But since she had come asking, refusing wouldn't be right, would it?

Since both were patients, the place for their talk was chosen on the open ground downstairs. It wasn't far and was sparsely populated.

This residential area was truly a bit deserted. Leticia even suspected that the number of families living here was less than ten.

"Miss Lin, what do you want to talk to me about?" Sitting on a bench in the open area, Leticia looked into Eriko's emerald eyes and asked.

"I want to know, do you know what kind of poison I was afflicted with?"

"You should ask Candice about that." Leticia shook her head.

However, Candice indeed hadn't figured out what poison Eriko was under. After all, a simple check-up wouldn't provide much information.

"So, you want to know what your poison is?"

"No... it's..." Eriko stammered, seemingly unsure of what she wanted herself. "I just want to know if there are other ways to find out what poison I'm under?"

Huh?

"I wouldn't know about that. You shouldn't be asking me this kind of question; ask a professional." Leticia rolled her eyes ungracefully.

However, because her attire was quite formal, the eye-roll didn't leave a bad impression.

Eriko sized Leticia up again. This girl, who looked to be about her age, gave her a very peculiar feeling.

Her intuition told her that this girl was a big shot, but her eyes couldn't find a single trace of evidence to support that.

No matter how she looked at it, the girl just seemed like a simple shut-in.

But could a simple shut-in order that doctor around?

And that sister named Luca gave Eriko a sense of déjà vu.

Perhaps she had seen her somewhere before?

Unlikely. There was no way she could have seen Luca anywhere else.

"Miss Yuna, who exactly are you?" Eriko took a deep breath and asked in a solemn tone.

That question? Leticia chuckled.
