Chapter 22 - Chapter 22: 76 Accounts Banned? I'm Launching Star Rail!

An Aeon!

The supreme existence of every Path in the universe, possessing the immense power to erase reality and create worlds. And now, one had actually appeared in this game!

Although this wasn't the real Aeon, everything in the game so far aligned perfectly with reality. This meant that this scene was very likely a real experience of the Trailblazer! Through the medium of this game, a secret unknown to the world was being revealed!

Everyone stared with wide eyes. Streamers, viewers, researchers... no one wanted to miss a single detail!

As the Trailblazer looked on in shock, the ethereal voice continued: "Reach that end."

"Reach that conclusion with your own will."

Suddenly, several images flashed like lightning. There was a glimpse of Himeko's face, images of the space station, and Kafka's enchanting yet mysterious smile. There was also the image of Stelle blocking the blow for March 7th. Some of the people who flashed by had never been seen before. The speed of the montage was too fast to see clearly.

"He has noticed you."

Vroom!

Under the gaze of those oppressive golden eyes, the deity Himself appeared clearly before everyone. Since the ethereal voice referred to Nanook as "He," the voice clearly didn't belong to Nanook himself. But the protagonist had undoubtedly established a deep connection with Nanook in that instant.

This scene alone was enough for the various organizations throughout the universe who studied Aeons to record, analyze, and research it repeatedly.

The fantastical vision ended abruptly. A storm of emotions surged in Silver Wolf's heart!

"It actually worked? No wonder Kafka values her so much!"

"But... how did this game know?"

Silver Wolf looked at the virtual screen before her. Honkai: Star Rail had already launched. The Astral Express sailed silently through the vast galaxy. She had a feeling that everything she had seen so far was just the tip of the iceberg!

Silver Wolf flashed an excited smile. "Now, I really have to play this game properly!"

The story on Guinaifen's stream continued. The scene shifted back from the Aeon's glance. The Trailblazer was being bathed in the massive energy of the Doomsday Beast. From her chest, a golden light began to emerge!

That was... the light of the Stellaron!

It erupted violently, its power directly overwhelming the Doomsday Beast! But it didn't end there. The Trailblazer slowly floated into the air, the light on her body intensifying like an impending volcanic eruption. The resulting storm was so strong it nearly blew March 7th away. Himeko and Dan Heng looked on as if facing a great enemy.

Just as the energy was about to peak, a red cane reached out. It tapped Stelle lightly on the forehead. That single tap dispersed all the built-up potential energy. Stelle's eyes rolled back, and she fell limp, only to be caught by March 7th.

The owner of the cane pushed up his glasses and descended from the air.

Welt Yang!

"Uncle Yang, she..."

"She's fine now. Let's find somewhere else to talk."

...

"Holy cow! Who is this handsome guy?"

"Is this the prestige of a 5-star character?"

"The Lead Researcher was right! This Welt really is a hidden expert. If he hadn't stepped in, the protagonist would have either blown up with the Stellaron or turned into a Lord Ravager!"

"What do you mean 'this Welt'? Call him Uncle Yang!"

...

Silver Wolf noticed Welt's cane. There seemed to be some sort of powerful energy hidden within it. Unfortunately, this was just a game screen. If it were reality, Silver Wolf might have used her methods to uncover the cane's true nature.

"Oh well, if I want to know, I can just pull for a Welt!"

"The characters in this game should be perfect reflections of reality. I can even use this to get the data on the Astral Express crew's abilities!"

Silver Wolf looked at the loading screen of Honkai: Star Rail on her interface. A fire burned in her eyes! It wasn't just a hacker's instinct to control information; it was the excitement of a gamer who had discovered a hidden treasure!

Right then, one of Herta's puppets approached from nearby. It walked straight toward her position. Silver Wolf had her holographic projection in stealth mode; to a normal person, she was just thin air. However, she didn't believe for a second that this would fool Herta once she was online.

Sure enough, Herta waved at her and spoke. "Hi there, little hacker girl from the Stellaron Hunters."

"Aren't you moving a bit slow this time? And you even leaked your own coordinates. This isn't up to your usual standards. I almost suspect this is a trap."

Silver Wolf's expression turned playful. She stopped hiding and shrugged her shoulders. "Oh, Herta. If you hadn't said anything, I would have almost forgotten why I came here."

"You want that Curio, don't you? To tell you the truth, I've already put it to use in the Simulated Universe," Herta said.

"I know."

"Then what are you still doing here? Watching these bored people play a boring mobile game?" Herta asked, confused.

"You've got that right. Though, this game is much more interesting than I imagined."

"Heh, what's so interesting about a mobile game? The Simulated Universe I designed is a real game. How can this compare?"

"You wouldn't understand. So, say whatever you like."

As Silver Wolf spoke, she noticed something odd. The account she had just used to post on the Xianzhou livestream platform had been banned. It seemed that action was what had leaked her information. However, Silver Wolf didn't regret it; she had gained something much more interesting today!

Seeing that Silver Wolf wasn't panicking at all and even seemed to be enjoying herself Herta finally decided to play her trump card.

"Well then, through a reverse hack, I have located all of your interstellar network accounts seventy-six in total."

"How about I have the IPC freeze all of them? Along with all your game records. Does that sound interesting to you?"

"What!?" Silver Wolf's expression finally changed.

The corners of Herta's mouth curled up. She finally felt a bit like a winner!

However, Silver Wolf glanced at the Honkai: Star Rail screen and quickly calmed down. "Hmph, ban them then. I wasn't planning on playing those anyway for a while. This thing is much more interesting than any of those."

With that, Silver Wolf exited her holographic projection and vanished from Herta's sight.

Herta folded her arms, looking at the spot where Silver Wolf had disappeared, lost in thought. "She didn't get the Curio she wanted, and all her accounts have been banned. Why is she still so calm?"

She looked at a nearby advertising screen. The screen showed an illustration of herself and Asta. The game's name was Honkai: Star Rail.

Herta murmured to herself, "Is this game... really that fun?"
