Chapter 26 - Chapter 26: Revealing the Trailblaze Journey in Advance? Searching for the Developer Across the Web

"Oh my god! For real? There's more?"

"We're really becoming Nameless now!"

"Is that even possible? The next part of the story is literally what's happening right now. Is the dev team just making it up as they go?"

"If there's really a new map for the Trailblaze, I'll literally kneel to the devs!"

"I'll go straight for ten 648 top-ups!"

Guinaifen's eyes were full of longing. She was both nervous and excited, afraid it was just an easter egg and that the new map she hoped for didn't actually exist.

After all, being able to recreate the recent disaster at Herta Space Station in a game was already amazing enough. There was no way they could have turned the events the Trailblazers were currently experiencing into a game, right? If that were true, it would be absolutely insane!

However, there was nothing this developer couldn't do, only things they couldn't imagine.

After the train Warped, a planet covered in ice and snow appeared on the screen! According to the train crew, this white planet was named Jarilo-VI! It was the exact target for the Trailblaze mission currently being conducted by Stelle, Dan Heng, and March 7th!

To find the Stellaron on Jarilo-VI and clear its obstruction of the Star Rail.

[A heart-pounding adventure in the withering wintry night begins!]

"A new main quest? It really started?" Guinaifen was shaken. "Wait, if we keep going now, isn't that basically the same as watching the Trailblazers' experiences in real-time?"

As soon as she said this, the chat was filled with replies from 'experts.'

"Not necessarily! The space station incident happened a while ago. If the Trailblazers were efficient, their journey on that planet might already be over. Even if they were slow, they should be in the final stages by now."

"Any friends from the Express crew want to come out and confirm? Did they really go to that planet?"

"This is Welt. Top up a 648 and I'll tell you how March 7th and the others are doing. My account number is..."

Meanwhile, on the actual Astral Express.

Himeko and Mr. Yang were in no mood to interact with the viewers in the livestream! As they watched Stelle, March 7th, and Dan Heng land on Jarilo-VI and search for a path through the snowfields, their hearts were reeling!

"How is this possible?" Mr. Yang was lost in deep suspicion. "Dan Heng only sent his Trailblaze report today, and we just read it. How could this game have already turned it into a plotline?"

"Welt, something is wrong." Himeko turned her computer screen around with a grim expression. "I've searched through everything on the Interastral Peace Network.

This game appeared out of nowhere. There were no rumors, no announcements, nothing. And the developer, [Yuling] I can't find a single shred of information about them. Aside from that codename, we know absolutely nothing."

Mr. Yang took a deep breath. After a long silence, he spoke. "This is getting stranger by the second. The details shown from the space station could be explained with logic. But now, even the journey Little March and the others are currently on is being recreated.

This is far beyond the capabilities of any ordinary game development team. I suspect this developer, [Yuling], possesses some kind of [Foresight] or [Insight]."

Himeko nodded. "If that's the case, why turn all of this into a game? It can't be just for money, can it?"

"Of course not."

"Maybe we'll find out if we keep watching. Dan Heng's reports are detailed and include Little March's photos, but seeing it with our own eyes is different. This is a perfect chance to see what they've been through over the past two days. It'll make it easier to verify the process against the logs. I want to see exactly how far the plot of this game goes."

On another side.

The wind was strong on the rooftop, but it didn't slow Silver Wolf's fingers as she operated her system. Kafka continued playing Honkai: Star Rail, glancing at Silver Wolf from time to time to check her progress.

"No way, right? Seriously?" Silver Wolf slumped back into her chair, looking defeated. "He didn't leave a single trace? It's as clean as a blank sheet of paper?"

For a hacker, failing to find even a hint of information on a target was a stinging blow.

"Even you can't find anything on the developer?" Kafka asked, a bit surprised.

"Nothing! [Yuling] has left zero traces on the network! The only way is to reverse-track the sales address through the game's release portal. I even hacked into the IPC's sales system, and guess what?

The moment I tried to track [Yuling], all the data just vanished. It was like the guy was living in some unobservable void! Do you know what that means? It means this guy's defense system is even more ridiculous than the IPC's firewall! No, they aren't even on the same level!"

Seeing Silver Wolf so agitated, Kafka gave her a gentle pat on the back. "It's alright, Silver Wolf. The universe is a big place. Even for us, not everything goes as planned. By the way, what did Elio say?"

"Elio's conclusion matches ours. The appearance of this game wasn't in any of his predictions. He's quite puzzled too."

"I see..." Kafka didn't know what else to say. Compared to simple destruction and combat, this was turning out to be quite complicated. Still, she was starting to take an interest in this developer, [Yuling]. The game he made was certainly intriguing.

Suddenly, Silver Wolf, who had been slumped in her chair, sprang up as if she were on a coil. She rushed back to the computer, eyes wide with excitement.

"I found a lead! [Yuling] finally decided to show himself online!"

"Wait... is this... his very first game announcement!?"
