Chapter 25 - Uea V

"Thank you! Come back!" Natsu waved goodbye to both Corus and Naki.

"Yes Grandma Natsu! Goodbye!" Naki waved back as both Corus and Naki begins to hit the road to the Uea again. The street lights damp up the village, as it was pure black, Corus and Naki walked to the roads quietly.

"Hey." Corus spoked.

"Yes?" Naki replied softly, her energy starting to lower.

"Why did you go to the Light Kingdom?"

Corus footsteps echoed along with Naki.

"Yes... Why did I go to the Light kingdom?" Naki repeated Corus's question with a hint of breaking.

"It's okay if you don't want to talk about it?" Corus looked up, the glowing blue moon shining, the roses beside the trail singing, the long road to the Uea.

"The reason was... My parents abused me alot, and I couldn't leave, they thought I was too good and needed to protect the village, I kept hunting for them, and Grandma Natsu was the only person I had." Naki continued. "Then, I had the opportunity, my parents left to go hunt a mysterious giant boar, they wanted me to come, but I pretended sick, so I won't come, and after they left, I came to the Light Kingdom and showed the guards my skills, because they won't let me enter, they were surprised and reported me to the king because they thought I was some sort of legendary knight, and that's how I became a Noble."

Naki them remembered was Grandma Natsu had said to him earlier today.

"So what's the news Grandma Natsu." Naki spoke with Grandma Natsu just right at the entrance of the bathroom.

"Your parents died... The Giant boar was a group lead, and they couldn't kill it."

Naki gasped in shocked as tears rolled down her eyes. Grandma Natsu caress the bottom of her eyes. "It's okay honey... It's okay..."

Back to the present, Naki cried, tears rolled down her eyes fast, crying, Corus stopped for a bit and wiped off the tears of Naki. "Don't cry, they didn't deserve it, and you also didn't." Corus spoke quietly, this time not complaining about anything loud.

Finally, they reached the deck, because in order to reach Uea, they needed to swim, or cruise to it, however they didn't have time or money to do both, the deck consists of fishermen and boat renting, the sea's music tuning as everyone worked.

People carrying barrels of fish and fish bait as many more talking and laughing, there was lamps and streetlights to lighten up the deck. "So what do we do." Corus muttered. "We rent a boat, and travel to the Uea entrance, it's about a mile away." Naki was already back at her same energy as the one when they were battling.

"Why don't we just run on water, it's faster? Or is there highly powerful monsters under this part of the sea." Corus replied. "You're exactly right, you're smart you know, there's a Leader rank here, and it's way stronger than The Baora, it's called The Nangon-"

"The Nangen?" Corus and Naki spoke the name in beautiful sync.

"Yes!" Naki said.

"The Nangon is like the Ningon but it's not a fish head, not a dragon like, it's a deformed human like monster, it's related to the Japanese folklore right? Though I've forgotten about the name." Corus sighed as they headed over to one of the fishermen.

"I've also forgotten about the name of that folklore monster, but it's exactly like the Nangon, Grandma Natsu told me the story about it." Naki replied.

"Me too, my inspiration for even going in this journey is my mother."
