That night, my cousins, Celine and Mey, were enjoying the evening breeze while walking around town. As I was about to pass a small street on the outskirts of town, I rolled down my window and curiously looked at the small crowd across the street. I asked Celine, who was driving, to slow down to see the crowd. I don't know what was going through my mind, but suddenly I shouted, "Hey, your wife is looking for you." Then the people in the crowd, who turned out to be all men, chased after our car and asked us to pull over.
Celine pulled over without hesitation and rolled down the window while saying, "Yes, what's going on?" Then one of the group answered, "Who was that shouting earlier, sis?"
And yeah, Celine pointed at me with a look and a grin, saying, "This is the person, sis." And there I could only lower my head in shame without looking back. One of them, the one who asked who was shouting, asked for Celine's contact information. After exchanging contact information, we went straight home.
