The Demon Queen Appears
The sky above the battlefield turned completely black.
The wind stopped.
Even the birds and animals had disappeared.
John and Liien stood beside the damaged mecha, looking toward the forest.
In the distance, a massive black tree stood where no tree had been before.
Then a voice echoed from its branches.
"You destroyed my plans."
Sitting calmly on one of the branches was a tall figure.
The Demon Queen.
She slowly stood up.
"You ruined my war… and my control over these kingdoms."
Her voice was calm but filled with power.
Then she stepped down from the tree.
The ground trembled as she landed.
She was over three meters tall, towering over everyone present.
Her body looked almost statue-like, pale and smooth.
From her head grew large bone-like wings shaped like a crown, the symbol of her rank as the Demon Queen.
Dark energy flowed around her.
Her long dark clothing moved like shadows, partially revealing armored pieces beneath, showing that she was both royal and dangerous.
She looked directly at John.
"You destroyed my plans," she said coldly.
"For that… you will pay the price."
The air became heavy.
John immediately turned toward Liien.
"Get in the mecha."
Liien nodded.
"Already moving."
Both of them quickly entered the cockpit.
The giant machine activated again, metal plates locking into place.
Energy lights flickered as the system restarted.
The Demon Queen watched calmly.
"So… you plan to fight me with that machine?"
The mecha raised its weapon.
John's voice came through the speakers.
"We'll try."
The Demon Queen smiled slightly.
"Good."
Dark energy exploded around her.
And the battle between the Demon Queen and the mecha began.
