Arrival at the Elf Kingdom
After several hours, the tank finally reached the edge of the Elf Kingdom.
From a hilltop, the soldiers could see the tall white towers of the elven city rising above the forest. Banners of the Five Kingdoms Alliance waved in the wind.
The driver slowed the tank and pressed a button on the control panel.
Instantly, the tank's cloaking system activated, and the massive vehicle disappeared from sight.
"We don't want to cause panic among the civilians," the driver said calmly.
John looked down toward the city.
Something felt strange.
The streets were not filled with soldiers preparing for war. Instead, many elves looked sad and tired.
Some stood in small groups talking quietly.
One elf said sadly:
"The queen has been influenced by demons… this war is wrong."
Another elf spoke with grief in his voice.
"I don't want this war anymore. I already lost my family."
The Dhuman soldiers listened carefully.
One soldier began writing notes.
Another opened a secure communication channel.
"Contacting the Asia leadership," he said. "We need instructions about negotiating with the Five Kingdoms Alliance."
John looked at the alliance flag flying above the city walls.
"If all five kingdoms are united," he said quietly, "this won't be easy."
A voice came through the communication device.
It was Gonb, one of the leaders from the Asia civilization.
"John, don't worry," Gonb said calmly. "Sometimes mistakes happen in war. We will try to speak with their leaders before things get worse."
John nodded.
"Understood."
The tank driver glanced toward John for a moment.
"Something feels off here," he said.
John agreed.
The Elf Kingdom looked peaceful on the outside…
But something deeper was clearly wrong.
And soon, they would discover the truth.
Be continued…
