The Village Uprising
The news of the secret meeting spreads like wildfire through the whispers of the villagers. Inspired by the pamphlets Anirudha delivered, the farmers and weavers of the Hooghly district decide they have had enough.
Anirudha leads a group of young men to the local telegraph office. Their goal: to cut the lines of communication for the British army. It's a moonless night. With simple tools and high spirits, they climb the poles. For the first time, the "Midnight Messenger" isn't just carrying letters; he is leading a silent revolution. By dawn, the British district office is cut off from Calcutta.
