The next day I put on my nicest clothes, which was the green dress the guys had gifted me the other day, and went downstairs.
The guys were all inside the car, waiting for me. I got in and we reached the beach in just a few minutes.
The water was crystal clear. You could see the little fishes swimming underneath the surface. It was just like the other beach. The only difference was that this one was smaller and tucked away, which was good. It meant that I wouldn't have to share it with anyone else.

Oscar and Jack didn't take long to catch up to us, and soon the four of us were in the water, laughing and splashing water around.

Oscar
I had officially become the one that dealt with everything. After we'd gotten home Lyan had refused to talk to us and had shut herself in her room. Jack and Orus had stared at her door for a while and then they went to help Mom make lunch. I used that time to sneak out of the house and do what needed be done.
The man was very stupid. Even if Orus hadn't marked him, which he had, I could've found him fairly easily. He was just seating in his car near the parking lot near the beach we had been at.
I called the fire to my hands and silently burned the handle of the back door. I grabbed the mass of flaming metal and opened the door. The man didn't hear me, still too busy jerking off. Soon he wouldn't even have hands to do that.
I entered the car and took out my dagger.

The man's screams intensified, but no one would hear him. I had cast a silencing spell around us and the sound only travelled a few inches before dispersing.
" Scream all you want but no one will hear you" I whispered into the man's ears as I took his eyes and played with them on one hand while I used the other one to cut through his shirt.
" Time to die" I sang in my sweetest voice. I drove the dagger into his heart and the man went limp. He was no longer screaming and his eyes were glossy, not seeing at all.
I hummed while I carved out his heart. Once I was done I left it besides him and got up to see my masterpiece. Perfect. I smiled as I walked away, humming the lyrics to my favorite song. I loved blood and I loved to be the one to make the light go out of someone's eyes. I had learned long ago that it was better to be the one with the knife that the one without it.

When we reached the house I shut myself in my room and refused to see the guys. They had left me hanging. That was unacceptable. Unfortunately I had to eat, so I opened my door to get some food from the kitchen and saw a gift on my door.

" Do you like it?" Orus asked me, hope in his eyes.
" I love it!" I raised to my tiptoes and kissed every one of them in the lips. " Best gift ever"
" I'm glad you liked your Christmas gift" Jack's smile was so bright that it shone light in the whole house. I smiled back and jumped up and down. I loved it.
" I don't have a gift for you" I immediately felt down. The guys had given me an awesome gift and I had nothing.
" You're enough" Oscar said and the rest nodded. They seemed to be telling the truth so I slowly began smiling again. I had a gift!!!!!
We spent the rest of the holidays watching movies and playing family games. We also went back to the beach to play in the water and even saw a dolphin.
The days passed by so quickly that I was surprised when the guys told me it was time to leave. I didn't want to, but I had to. I gave Mary and Enrik a long hug and they told me to come back whenever I wanted, with or without the guys.
I waved them goodbye as the car pulled from the driveway.
" Can we come back some day?" I asked Orus, who was seating with me on the back seats.
" Of course. We'll go there in summer" His answer calmed me down and I went to sleep.
" Call me when we reach the academy"
" Don't you wanna drive?" Jack asked me from the front seat.
" Nah"
" Okay" Jack shrugged and I went to sleep as Oscar petted my head, which was on his lap, and Orus petted my legs.
