The evening sky had already begun to darken.
Another exhausting day had finally come to an end.
Keifer walked out of Watson Enterprises, loosening his tie with a quiet sigh.
Honey and Kegan stopped beside him.
"We'll head back first," Honey said.
Keifer gave a small nod.
"I'll leave in a minute."
After they drove away...
Keifer stepped into his own car.
His driver greeted him politely.
"Good evening, Mr. Watson."
"Let's go."
The car pulled away from the company building and merged into the evening traffic.
Keifer leaned back against the seat, closing his eyes for a brief moment after another long day of meetings and reports.
Several minutes passed.
Then...
A strange feeling settled over him.
His eyes slowly opened.
Something...
Didn't feel right.
He looked through the window, trying to understand why his instincts suddenly felt uneasy.
Before he could say anything—
A deafening crash echoed through the street.
Everything shook violently.
The world spun.
Glass shattered.
The sound of twisting metal filled the air.

Everything went dark.
