"I'm telling you—you're in huge trouble!"
"Like, really huge trouble!"
Geryuganshoop stared at Jovian and shouted.
"I, Geryuganshoop, am the strongest telekinesis master in the entire universe! With my psychic power, I can even increase gravity—under overwhelming gravity, even black holes can barely move forward! And you think someone like you can beat me?!"
He forced himself to sound calm, but honestly? He was already a nervous wreck. Getting his shoulder patted by Jovian had nearly scared his soul out of his body.
"Ah…"
Jovian felt the gravity pressing down on him and frowned slightly.
Then he realized…
He didn't really feel much of anything.
Geryuganshoop claiming his gravity could "stop black holes" sounded like pure bullshit no matter how you sliced it.
"Damn it! What's with that face?! Are you looking down on me?!"
Seeing Jovian's lazy, half-asleep expression, Geryuganshoop felt thoroughly disrespected.
"Fine—then I'll have to show you what I can really do!"
He unleashed his power. In an instant, countless chunks of iron and shattered stone rose from the floor and began to spin under his control.
"Taste my Telekinetic Storm!"
"Every rock I control will move at near-light speed and annihilate everything in its path!"
At last, Geryuganshoop revealed his ultimate secret technique:
Flicking pebbles.
With his power active, the swirling debris shot toward Jovian at blistering speed.
"...Sigh."
Jovian looked at the incoming metal and stone and let out a tired breath. Then, in his eyes, every projectile slowed… and slowed… and slowed even more.
He simply stepped aside, casually dodging every single one.
BOOM!
The moment Jovian finished dodging and appeared right in front of Geryuganshoop, the metal and stone slammed into the ship's floor, tearing it apart in an instant—and the barrage punched down toward A-City below.
"Everyone—watch the sky! Incoming!"
Tatsumaki sensed the attack and split her focus to slow the falling debris. But while she was simultaneously restraining Melzargard and holding hundreds of apartment buildings, even she couldn't block everything—so she warned the people below instead.
"Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist!"
Bang, the grandmaster, snapped into stance. His hands moved like a storm, weaving an airtight wall of fists that knocked aside countless chunks of stone.
"Atomic Slash!"
Atomic Samurai unleashed his signature technique, shredding wave after wave of debris into dust.
"Super—Burst—Angel Mode!"
After getting put through hell by the Deep Sea King, the Puri-Puri Prisoner had trained nonstop. Now he unleashed a brand-new finisher—behind him, it looked like six angel wings spread wide as he used his "bird" to block a flood of attacks.
"Just rocks—how could they ever pierce my muscles?!"
Superalloy Darkshine stared up at the sky, completely unfazed. He straightened his posture and took everything head-on with his body.
"Super Heat-Melt Cannon!"
And finally, the extravagantly overfunded Genos finished things off with a flashy heat cannon that looked amazing… and didn't actually matter much.
In reality, the one who stopped over ninety percent of the barrage was Saitama—who simply picked up a handful of small pebbles from the ground and casually tossed them into the sky.
"What are they even fighting up there?"
"Just the collateral is enough to force six S-Class heroes to defend against it?!"
Tanktop Master frowned hard at the massive ship in the sky, heat shimmering around it. He couldn't imagine what kind of battle was happening up there.
Up above, inside the alien battleship.
Gulp…
Geryuganshoop stared at Jovian. Under the crushing pressure radiating from the man standing in front of him, the octopus's mouth opened slightly, like he wanted to say something—anything—but for some reason his throat felt bone-dry, and he couldn't get a single word out.
"Near-light-speed attacks, huh?"
"I can do that too."
Jovian raised his fist.
"What are you doing?!"
A terrible premonition surged through Geryuganshoop.
"Near-Light-Speed Punch."
Jovian spoke—and his body became a streak of white light that passed straight through Geryuganshoop.
PFFFT!
The instant Jovian's fist made contact, Geryuganshoop turned into a puddle of mush, splattering across the control room in every direction.
"High-grade genes detected. Absorb—"
The system's voice rang out the moment Geryuganshoop died.
"Yes."
Jovian didn't even let it finish. He chose yes immediately.
In an instant, Jovian gained Geryuganshoop's telekinesis, and his mental strength surged—giving him excellent protection against many psychic and telekinetic techniques.
"Now the main course begins."
Jovian rolled his shoulders. He knew everything so far had just been appetizers. The real heavyweight was still sitting in the ship's central chamber, not even moving yet.
"Let me see it."
"The strength of the ruler of the universe."
Jovian kept moving forward.
BOOM!
With a roar, Jovian punched the metal door ahead into scrap and stepped into the grand hall. At a glance, he saw a man seated on a throne.
Purple hair. Blue skin. Golden armor.
And an aura of pressure so intense it felt like despair.
"This is…"
Jovian's eyes tightened. His instincts screamed that Boros wasn't nearly as simple as he'd imagined.
"So I finally get to meet you."
"I spent twenty years searching—after defeating the last champion… and now I've found a new one."
The man in golden armor slowly rose from his throne and walked toward Jovian.
"I wonder what kind of surprise you'll bring me."
Boros ignored the violent force pouring off Jovian and walked right up, stopping face-to-face with him.
WHAM—!
Jovian didn't waste a single word. His fist tore through the air and slammed into Boros's body.
BOOOOM—!
Boros was blasted backward in an instant.
"Not bad…"
After taking Jovian's punch head-on, Boros carved two deep trenches through the floor before finally coming to a stop.
"With just one punch, you nearly ruined my armor."
"You're the first."
Boros looked at Jovian—and smiled.
"A Boros fused from Sun Man and One Punch Man, huh…?"
Jovian murmured as he watched Boros withstand that punch.
"Yeah… this one's going to be a hard fight."
No more grinning. No more messing around.
Jovian got serious.
