The world as we knew it had changed it contained magic and advance technology that was beyond its time.
Due to the magical properties the earth now had, the lands went from being split apart, to almost being attached together. This divided the land, instead of countries we had the inner area and outer area.
The inner area was filled with the rich which included big cities while the outer area was filled with the poor, this include smaller towns and villages. To make things more easy there were the three rulers of this land, Lord Maxum, Lord Elex and Lord Qarsan.
Lord Maxum was in charge of dealing with the soulless ones, which is why the magic corporation fell under him and his region.
The magic corporation was a leading force not only dealing with soulless ones, but general matters such as negotiations. They helped to keep the peace for all the land.
