10 years ago, I had left home to explore a little of the outside world. I had frequently went back to see those I had gotten close to, but as time went on I had visited less and less. This wasn't bacuse I was busy but because of a certain someone.
Velzard. As I had been showing up less over time, she had gradually been distancing herself from me.
"Why don't you confront her about it?" Nyx asks.
" I intend to."
We walked through the portal, both Amanises and Nyx were filled with nervous excitement.

We walked through the hallway of the frozen castle.
We arrived at the big doorway guarded by two demons, Nyx and Amanises showed wariness at the two but I was just looked at them with a smile.
The two demons bowed, "Prince of darkness. Welcome home." They opened the door leading to the throne.
We walked past all the demons, Amanises and Nyx were trying to hide from the crowd using me, "Hello Guy!"
"Well, if it isn't my dear student." Guy made an expression of exaggerated hurt, " you only come to visit me now, after 6 months? You are truly the cruelest student ever."
I walked up to him and delivered an earth shattering punch to his face, "Shut up, you bastard. 6 months is nothing for a primordial."
Nyx and Amanises flinched and looked around in case any of demons acted to it. Seeing the demons, including the maids beside Guy, do nothing, they realized… this was a natural occurrence.
"Simon, you're being so cold to me." Guy acted in pain
"Shut up, I have people who I want to introduce to you." I said to the pained Guy on the ground.
Guy immediately got up, interested in his words, " Oh and who might that be?" Guy said with a smile at the individuals behind me.
" Oh ok." I immediately grabbed the two in a hugging fashion, "these are my two daughters."
Guy: "…"
Rain and Misery: "…"
Amanises and Nyx: "…"
The entire hallway went silent from my announcement, even the blizzard has stopped from what I said which means…
At that moment, Velzard stepped out of a portal, and looked at the wolf and robot.
She slowly walked towards Nyx and scrutinized both of them for a second causing them to feel nervous.
They felt a weight on their chest , this was the women that was in love with their master… or that's at least that's how he described her.
She took a step forward that caused them both to flinch and close their eyes. They were ready to face anything that she would do to them.
Suddenly they both felt a warm embrace envelop them both, they opened their eyes to the dragon hugging them so affectionately, "Welcome home little ones."

Well, Velzard imprinted on them in an instant, I guess I was worried for nothing.
Misery and Rain were having fun using Nyx as a dress-up doll, and Velzard was giving Amanises belly scratches.
"Well, after 10 years, you only introduce your children to us now." Guy attempted to tease me.
"There is no mother, Amanises I found and Nyx and I built."
Guy could tell I wasn't focused him, he moved his gaze to where mine was and found my focus on the frost dragon. Guy had realized what my mind was on.
"Guy, do you know what it is I did wrong?"
"Why do you assume it's you that did something wrong. Velzard has a very… unpleasant history. It's foolish to think an ultimate skill can erase everything about who she is." Guy tried to comfort me with the truth that he believed was right.
"I doubt you have any say considering I changed you to an unbelievable degree. Before you were this cold hearted demon, now… you're pretty much the same but you've gotten a deep appreciation for those around. Don't think I haven't noticed
"Just talk with her. You don't really got a better option that doesn't involve provoking her."
"Or…"
"No, you're not provoking her! I doubt she'd kill you but she wouldn't take whatever you throw at her sitting down."

I walked into my old room and sat down to make myself comfortable, "Please talk to me Zarry." I whispered to myself in hope.
I summoned the Frost dragon to my side and repeated the apology from before. I got down to my knees and just apologized as sincerely as possible.
Velzard looked down at my kneeling posture coldly, "Do you know what it is that you did wrong?"
"I can make a guess. Is it because I haven't been coming often?"
" I'm not that cling-"
" One time, I said I'm leaving forever as a joke and you literally pinned me to the bed for a week."
Velzard scoffed at my refute, " Whatever, that's not the reason anyway."
" Then is it-"
" Why do you just assume that you did something wrong?"
" Well… you were always trying to get close to me and then suddenly there was a complete 180 in your attitude towards me."
Velzard's cold frown vanished into a sigh, and suddenly she showed a concerned smile, " Simon, you didn't do anything wrong."
" Then what is it!?" I growled in anger.
The sudden change caused Velzards to step back, but she didn't seem the slightest surprised, ' There it is again, those eyes.' Velzard looked into my soulless, malicious eyes.
Velzard kneeled down to my level and kissed me, calming me down in an instant, " Don't worry. You don't have to change anything about you." Velzard got up and out of the room.
" Change?" I was glad to hear her words but her choice of words confused me deeply.

" Um, hello, can I ask a question?" Nyx nervously approached Velzard.
Velzard looked at the adorable robot, stuttering to get a word out, "no need to be nervous sweetheart." Velzard patted the seat next to her, "come have a chat, tell me what you wanted to ask me."
Nyx took a seat next to the dragon, "Ca- can you tell me why you're ignoring Simon?"
"Well…" Velzard was hesitant to badmouth Simon Infront of someone who looks up to him.
"It's because Simon is losing his humanity."
The sudden voice caused the two to turn their heads to the door. Coming through the door was the red-headed demon lord.
"What do you mean he's losing his humanity?" Nyx asked in a slightly frightened manner.
Velzard: " Simon's personality has been changing, becoming colder and malicious."
Nyx: "Is there something specific that has been causing this?"
Guy: " have you heard of his ultimate skill?"
" You mean Elysia?" Nyx inquired
Velzard: " Exactly, now one of its abilities is to give others human ego."
Guy: " Unfortunately, use of that ability comes at the expense of his own human ego."
"So his been giving out his humanity like candy…" Nyx muttered in horror…
… Until a thought hit her, " Have I been the cause of this too."
"Calm down sweetie, it's not your fault." Velzard cradled her in her arms.
"But what if he completely lose himself."
"Nyx, the only way to prevent his skill from activating is to leave him alone. I ask that you please don't do that."
" But I don't want him to lose who he is… I… I!"
Nyx began to feel something that she never thought she would feel as a metal life-form… tears. She began to cry into Velzard's chest.
Velzard held her tight, refusing to let her feel this alone.

"Nyx promise me one thing. Promise me that you will be there for him. If he is going to lose himself, I don't want him to be alone."
Nyx cleared her eyes and listened to Velzards desperate demand.
…And then she made her choice, she looked up at Velzard with determination.
" Velzard. I promise that not only will I stick with him, but I will also find a way to heal him." Nyx held her hands up, " I promise I'll bring Si- I'll bring dad back to who he was."
