I finished the creation of Doris and Trya's new bodies which leveled them up beyond their limits, "Thank you Simon!" Trya shouted in thankfulness.
"Now that you two have bodies, why don't we go another round?" Treyni held up the pack of cards with a bit of schadenfreude.
Both of them shivered at their monster of a sister and now looked at me with indignation.

I walked back and found Nyx farming again. Something's worried me, ever since we got back from the frozen continent, she's become so much more… mature.
She's become so much more composed and stops acting like a spoiled child.
"Nyx, is there something wrong?"
"No? Why are you asking?" Even her inflection became more like a grown up women.
"I don't know. You seem to have changed since we came from the frozen continent." I could see her flinch at those words, I realized that I had hit the mark, "Nyx, if something happened, than you can talk to me about it."
"…It's nothing." Nyx resolutely ignored my question and walked back to farming.
'Fine then, I'll have to go to the source.'

"GUY!!!" Guy heard a noise from a random source.
"Simon, is there something that you wanted?" Guy noticed Simons mood and refrained from provoking or teasing. Simon might not be stronger, but he was a plausible threat, he wouldn't come out of a fight unscathed.
" Did you say or do something to Nyx?!"
Guy raised an eyebrow, " Why? Is there something wrong?"
" Ever since our last visit, she's become a almost completely different person. Did you do something to her?"
Guy's eyes filled with clarity, "ah, that."
"So you did do something to you."
"Before you think anything, let me just say that I didn't do anything bad, we just had a very personal conversation."
" May I know what this conversation entailed?" Simon said in an agitated tone.
"If you want to know then you're gonna force it outta me, or you can-" Guy suddenly felt an ominous air. He turned around to a flying flaming fist about to hit his face.

An explosion burst out of the side of the castle, Guy flew out followed by a blast of dark magic that wrapped around him in an attempt to ensnare.
Guy broke out of that prison and was met with a giant drill made from a compressed blizzard. The drill hit him at high speeds causing him to suffer only a little bit of damage but slowing him down significantly.
" Guess I should try that." I used summoning magic to connect to the Daemon realm and peered into the abyss.
I pulled out the negative energy from within into the palm of my hands, " Time to try out nihility magic."
Guy moved faster than my perception could see. I held out my grip filled with nihility magic and blocked the attack, Guy's focus faltered when he saw what I was using.
I took advantage of that and pierced his chest with nihlity. Guy jumped back, "I'm impressed. You can actually use the power of the abyss."
When Guy's words fell, he saw that my form transformed into a black visage with stars in his body, "oh what's this?" Guy seemed intrigued by what he saw
This was Magic space transform, an ability that transformed me into formless space. This allowed me to bypass the concept of distance so that opponents speed is nigh meaningless.
I moved at him at incomprehensible speeds with hands coated in nihility. Guy matched my energy with nihility magic. And just like that me and Guy began a demonic boxing match, boxing is an understatement, my were actually matching blows with each other, each clash blowing up segments of the frozen continent.

To avoid destabilising my physical form, I had to deactivate Magic space transform, I can technically regenerate it but that would be a pain in the ass.
Guy wasn't moving towards me, "You're not gonna attack?"
"You're strong, but you can't kill me at your current power. Not to mention I would be saddened if my student died."
"What were you and Nyx talking about?" I asked in desperation.
Guy looked at my worried look with admiration, "You really care about her. I can assure, nothing we talked about was particularly bad towards her. In fact we actually talked about you."
"Me? That means I have more of a right to know."
"Simon, I'm asking nicely. Please don't go into it further, I can assure you that nothing bad will happen to her. Her suddenly changed in personality is actually her own choice."
"What! Why didn't you say that before I attacked you?"
"I wanted to see how strong you've gotten." Guy replied matter of factly.

" SO YOU TRIED TO ATTACK THE STRONGEST DEMON LORD. YOU'RE AN IDIOT." Veldora spoke as if I was an idiot.
" Ok, I admit. Not my best idea, but I'm frustrated!" I roared back at the storm dragon.
Veldora was reading the thousand year blood war, not minding my tantrum, " YOU ACTING LIKE A BABY."
" You got a fucking problem with that, I came to you so I can let out my emotions, not to be reasonable… and since when are you reasonable, you're the literal incarnation of chaos." I shouted towards the reading dragon. Where did he even get glasses?
I dropped off the entire dragon ball manga and left.

" Nyx, can we talk?" I asked to the reading robot.
" About what?" She was pouring tea, already expecting my return. Her maturity scared me a little.
" Seriously, what happened?"
" What do you mean?"
" I'm just saying it feels like yesterday that you were having scuffles with Amanises and now you look like a fully educated princess." I said in anger. I rubbed my forehead and calmed myself down, " I just want to know what's going on."
Nyx looked both saddened and fearful, saddened because I genuinely seemed distraught, fearful because she could see the erosion going on through my eyes, " Dad, can you please sit down?"
I sat down and watched as she came around the table to sit next to me. She suddenly took my hand in hers… and suddenly green light shone from her hand into mine.
" Uncle Guy told me you had a very… disruptive visit concerning me." Her voice had a solemn tone, "Dad, I can assure you that he didn't coarce me into anything, Velzard technically did ask something of me, but this was my own choice."
"But what was that choice."
"…Guy…" she sighs, "Guy told me about an affliction that you have."
Her words made my heart stop for a second, or at least it felt like that, "An affliction, like a virus?"
"No, more like a change to the spiritual body."
"What is the symptoms then?" Simon becomes a little distraught but composes himself for her.
" There's really only one symptom, loss of humanity, gaining a more malicious and uncontrollable personality."
Simon wanted to say something but find himself speechless, "How…how have I not noticed?"
"Like I said, it's not spiritual damage, it's a spiritual change."
"But that's not possible, Elysia prevents any change to my spiritual body without my choice." My words caused a noticeable flinch… which put it all together, " It was Elysia that caused this human erosion. It's also cause of this that Velzard is avoiding me isn't it?"
Nyx decided to let it all out, "When they told me about this, I had made the decision to take care of and heal you and I can't do that when I act like such a child. Upon my decision, the world gave me a new unique skill, Spiritualist, which allows me to heal spiritual damage or change. I will not let you lose yourself." As she talking, her voice grew softer and she began shedding more and more tears. The green light disappeared and Nyx took her hands off of mine.
I simply hugged her for what was an unknown amount of time.

Guy and Velzard looked to the door to find my sudden arrival, they saw my solemn mood and found it weird considering my previous entrance.
"You two could have told me." My words caused them to realize what I was here for.
Guy spoke first, "We were worried you would lash out in denial, considering how you've transformed, it was a likely scenario."
" I'm sorry I lashed out." I sat down and slammed my head down onto the table in frustration.
"Don't worry. We… or at least I will always be here for you." Came the voice of Velzard.
I wanted to point out the irony considering she has been trying to avoid me, but I decided to keep it to myself, "Thanks Zarry."

At the lab in Jura, Nyx had a sudden thought, "If Elysia can't change who he is without his permission, does that mean that his change has been his own doing?"
