——————30 years later——————
Now after so long, nothing has really changed.
I built Veldora a massive flat screen T.V. within the cave that he can watch my own built in cable. Amanises and Nyx has been leveling up. Nyx specifically has kept up her healing of me, at some point Amanises had found out and began… biting me, yep she was not happy with me keeping it. Upon Amanises finding out, her unique skill Assurer evolved into the unique skill Darkness, which means her resolve evolved her skill.
"Amanises, when you gained your new unique skill, you seemed very happy, why is that?" I was currently setting on the floor while the wolf was resting her head on my lab.
She perked up at my question and began contemplating her answer and spoke hesitantly, "it's… because I wanted to help."
"…Huh."
Amanises calmed herself and spoke firmly, " Ever since I met you, you've never seemed burdened, you've never failed or put down, you've never had a tangible flaw. You were in a sense… perfect."
"Some would pay good shit for such a master. You seem so upset by this though."
"Don't get me wrong, I was enthralled to have such a master, but I began to feel a bit useless. I tried to find ways to help you in anyway but you never needed my help, you never had any use for my existence. At some point, I wished for you to have suffered some sort of consequence that I can save you from."
"Mhm, I guess in the end you got what you wished for."
Amanises's long wolf mouth showed a deprecating smile and tried to hide her face in my lap out of shame, "When you and Nyx revealed your flaw, it excited me a little bit. I had felt that I can finally be useful to you. Is that messed up, that I wanted there to be something wrong with you just so I can be useful?"
" Messed up? A little bit, but I won't hold you against it, your heart was in the right place. You have no need to feel useless to me, I love you just the way you are."
" Yeah, I'm technically your daughter. Your words, not mine."
" Yes which means you have to be nice to your sister."
" That metal head? Hell no!"
I just look at her with a blank stare and faint smile, 'You don't even realize you're already acting like an obnoxious sibling.' I began petting her furry head causing her to fall asleep.
Back to what I interrupted this timeskip for, why did I do it, because someone I wanted to meet would be in this world around this time; Shizue Izawa, " Time to finally visit the city of gold El Dorado."

In a forest, sat a little girl crying her eyes out, her black hair shimmering in the sunlight, her cheek adorned with a burn scar. This was the otherworlder known as Shizu.
Shizu finally sensed something ominous, a non-existent humanoid form from behind her, she turned her head to see a handsome, slightly feminine man, behind her with a very dark majestic wolf with 8 legs and what seemed to be human girl with silver hair and green eyes but her neck up to the bottom of her cheek had metallic skin and glowing runic ingravings.
Shizu frantically crawled away for a second, afraid not of what they would do to her but what she would do to them… but still a little bit about them doing something to her, " Um, hello, who are you all?"
I smiled at the panicking Shizu, " Don't worry, I'm not here to hurt you, but I am here for you. Not any bad way you're probably perceiving!" At the last line, I had been flailing my hands in an attempt to not sound like a pervert.
"Sir, who are you?"
"You can call me Simon and I'm also an otherworlder."
Shizu's eyes widened, 'So he's just like me and Claude?'
"No I'm a little different than you."
"Huh! Can- can you read my mind?"
"No, your thoughts are just written on your face." I smiled at the clumsy child.
"Why don't we visit Leon?"
"Uh!"

I was currently carrying Shizu in my arms who was trying desperately to not go with her to the castle… probably cause the last time she brought someone back, they became a home cooked meal.
I opened the doors to El dorado and standing before us was the man himself, Leon Cromwell. Shizu was now internally panicking at this point until a my voice came, " Hello Leon!"
Leon, ever the expressionless monarch he is, greeted in a very monotone voice, " Hello Simon, what are you doing here?"
Shizu was surprised, ' They know each other?'
I pointed to the child in my arms, " your little experiment here wandered off into the forest."
"What if I were to burn you using the spirit inside her right now?" Leon's words caused Shizu to flinch, feeling fear for having to kill another person in this new world.
"Cmon we both know I've survived worse than Ifrit's flames." I looked down to Shizu, " don't worry sweetie you don't have to worry yourself about hurting me. I mean no offense but theirs nothing you can do that can actually hurt me."
Shizu was both amazed at his confidence and comforted by his extremely fatherly aura.
" You have no need to worry Shizu, there's nothing you or Ifrit can do to him. More importantly." Leon addressed me, " Who are the two behind you?"
I put down Shizu, " Oh, I guess introductions are in order." I hugged the 8-legged wolf, " This is Amanises, a dire wolf I found in the forest of jura and…" I then hugged the robot, "…This is Nyx, a metalloid I created." I stopped hugging both of them and addressed my next question, " By the way, can we stay here?"
" Are you here on Guy's orders?"
" I'm Guy's student, not his servant."
"Then you can stay." Leon turned around to leave.
Shizu was struggling to keep up with the sequence of events… until she was snapped out of her thoughts by a massive tongue licking from bottom to top. She turned her saliva-covered body to the tail-wagging Amanises, " Seems like we gonna be roommates Shizu!"
Nyx came and crouched down to clean Shizu, " Don't mind her. She's just really excited."
