Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Harry's Proposal! Vision and Super Strength!

This day, Harry found Rhodey with a share transfer agreement.

"Come on, sign here, and then this 0.5% share will be yours."

Harry handed the transfer agreement to Rhodey and said.

Rhodey just glanced at it twice and then signed his name on it.

"By the way, the FBI has been monitoring me recently; they suspect I'm involved in the deaths of those old guys. To keep them from suspecting you, I want you to take on a nominal position in the Osborn Group."

Harry said.

"This way, externally, I can say I asked you to come help, after all, they also know we're good friends. Although I've managed to gain a foothold in the Osborn Group, some old guys still aren't convinced by me."

"Then you can pretend to be a helper I invited, which will explain why I gave you shares."

It must be said that while the reason Harry found was a bit far-fetched, it wasn't entirely unbelievable.

"Alright, but let me say upfront, I won't be coming in to clock in for work."

Rhodey thought for a moment and agreed to Harry's method.

But clocking in for work and all that, let's just skip it.

"Don't worry, I'll arrange a Vice President position for you. You don't need to come to the company normally; just have your name on it, and you'll still get a salary."

Harry said with a smile.

"That's good."

Rhodey nodded with a smile.

Rhodey certainly wouldn't refuse not working and still getting paid.

....

"Officer, the target has come out of Paradise Tower."

"Yes, we don't know what the target did inside, but he should have gone to see a friend of his."

"Okay, we will continue to track him."

In a black SUV across the street from Paradise Tower, an FBI agent was reporting to his superior.

Due to the special nature of Paradise Tower, even the FBI was not allowed inside without special circumstances.

Therefore,

Ever since Harry entered Paradise Tower, they had been unable to follow him.

However, the target couldn't stay in the building forever; as soon as the target came out, they would continue to track and monitor him, which was their job.

There was nothing they could do; with an order from their superior, these ordinary agents had to run themselves ragged.

Ever since this case was transferred to their FBI department, they had been monitoring Harry Osborn for several days.

But after several days, they hadn't found any useful clues.

Perhaps in a few more days, their superiors would order them to withdraw.

After all, those few wealthy individuals were already gone, and even if their families still had some connections, they no longer had a place in the Osborn Group.

Coupled with pressure from the Military, it might be a matter of days before the superiors ordered the case closed.

At that time, they, the working people, could also get some good rest for a few days.

After a while,

Harry Osborn's car finally emerged from the exit of Paradise Tower.

Several FBI agents saw this and quickly drove to follow him.

At the same time,

By an outdoor swimming pool on the 66th floor of Paradise Tower, Rhodey was also looking down from above at the black SUV slowly driving away on the road below.

Despite the long distance, Rhodey's vision was not affected at all, and he clearly saw the appearance of the FBI agents in the car.

"Not S.H.I.E.L.D.."

Rhodey thought to himself.

Earlier, Harry said he was being monitored by the FBI, and Rhodey had wondered if those FBI agents might be S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in disguise?

But now it seemed these people really were from the FBI, not S.H.I.E.L.D..

Rhodey didn't know that, in fact, this case had initially attracted S.H.I.E.L.D.'s attention.

But after S.H.I.E.L.D. investigated and found that the case had nothing to do with Inhumans and was not a crime committed by a super-powered individual, they transferred the case back to the FBI.

Therefore, the people tracking Harry now were from the FBI, not S.H.I.E.L.D..

....

Over the past five days, Rhodey had signed in five more times.

He had respectively obtained three Ipsilon Class level mutant abilities and two Delta Class level mutant abilities!

Among them, the three Ipsilon Class level abilities were all decomposed by Rhodey.

They were converted into proficiency for the teleportation ability.

Now,

The teleportation ability was very close to Level 3; one or two more Ipsilon Class level abilities would allow it to upgrade.

The other two Delta Class level abilities, however, were retained by Rhodey.

One of the abilities was the one he had just used to observe the FBI agents, named Vision.

However, Rhodey preferred to call it Clairvoyance.

The original Vision ability allowed its possessor to gain three times the normal human vision.

This three times was limited to seeing things further away, not including other aspects.

And after Rhodey bestowed this ability upon a pair of his sunglasses, he himself gained a five-times enhanced Vision ability.

His vision reached fifteen times that of an ordinary person!

He could see further, and could even subjectively magnify distant objects.

The effect was good!

The other ability was a more conventional physique-type ability.

It was also Delta Class level, with average effects.

It could only increase strength by three times that of an ordinary person.

The effect was far inferior to a Captain America!

Rhodey bestowed this ability upon a male bull ant he raised in his ecological garden, and the little guy immediately became the most dazzling one in the colony!

And Rhodey also gained an eight-fold enhancement.

His strength increased by twenty-four times that of an ordinary person!

Moreover, the increase in strength also brought a corresponding increase in physique, although the primary-secondary relationship here was primary strength, secondary physique.

The increase in physique was merely to adapt to this strength.

But this increase was also not to be underestimated.

After all, it was a twenty-four-fold increase in strength compared to an ordinary person; if it were the original three-fold, it wouldn't be so obvious.

And the increase in strength also greatly enhanced Rhodey's close-combat ability.

Now, even without the teleportation ability, Rhodey could easily take on a special forces unit alone.

Of course, he still had to dodge bullets.

Rhodey wasn't stupid!
