I need constant stimulation to do anything in my life. I don't know why—if I'm going to take a shower, I need music. If I'm going to write, I need sound—anything.
I think it's our generation. We're deep-fried from the internet and social media. There could be no other explanation.
I wonder how our ancestors feel watching their descendants sit and rot on the internet. Without social media, I feel like my brain capacity drops by 20%, and I can't think for myself. Even writing becomes hard. I misspell words pretty often, and with AI, this has gotten even worse. Man, I think we're going to be cooked in the next four years.
We're already fried. Look at these kids these days. I'm not old or anything, but back in my day we would play outside and touch grass. But these kids? There isn't a second in the day where you don't see them with that damn iPad in their face.
I guess that's how our parents saw us when we were growing up. Maybe we won't get worse, and this is just a generational gap thing—who knows.
