Morning came and the two woke up. They were eating in the morning and his father was given a letter by a scout delivery man.
Renji gave the letter to Anna then she opened the letter. It was sealed by the seal of the Magus academy and he cracked it open it.
"Dear Anna, I have heard that your son Ren was a Healer and it made me happy to see his growth in the future. And also, your younger son Rey awakened a Mage class. I would outright tell you that I will make them both renowned Mages in the future."
"While you are reading this, I am already on my way towards your home. I will teach them both magic in the meantime. Sincerely yours, your father Lux." Anna then sighed.
"So he already knew huh, well what can we do. He had two grandsons that were Mages. He would be delighted to train them himself! Knowing dad, he would surely teach the two." Anna said then the two went stiff.
"Hey, he was a good teacher." Anna made their worries subside.
"Okay," Ren was happy that he would learn new things. Though he has to yet meet his granddad in his mother's side. He was curious as to what Reginold would say.
It was then, there was a knocking of the door three times. Renji opened it and they saw an old man with a pointed wizard's hat. He has navy blue robes and looked well designed with embroidery.
"Dad!" Anna screamed and then went to hug him.
"Hmm, so are these the two?" He asked.
"Yes!" She replied.
"Good, I will make these two to become grand Mages in the future! Don't think of being a warrior as they are weaklings! True power is in the Mages!" He shouted.
Ren was happy but his warrior classes were slandered. Though he did not know what Reginold would react when he would hear such comments.
"Hey! Warriors, weaklings? Who said such baseless rumors?" Reginold descended from his dragon and then the two grinned.
"Let me be clear, warriors are for weaklings." Lux grinned.
"Oh? Let's test that out? You interested?" Reginold smirked.
"Hehe, I am interested and curious of the outcome...." Lux replied.
The two then had their auras to appear and their auras clashed that sends sparks.
"Hey, hey, hold up you two. Let us have a tea first!" Anna shouted.
Then the two sighed and laughed. "Hahaha!"
"Let's go brother, we have a lot to talk to." Reginold said then put his arms on his shoulders
"Agreed brother....." Lux then went to sit on the sofa.
"These two..." Ren smirked.
"Yes, these two were brother in arms and were best friends since young." Anna told his sons.
Well, the two thought that a war would happen. Their grand dads were best friends and just nearly fight each other.
It was then they had talking and they soon prepared as Lux would teach the two.
Lux was eager to teach them and left his teaching in the academy just for the two. Though it was still vacation and they had a month to learn from him.
Ren and Rey then sat on the chair as they would have to learn just like in a classroom. After that, Lux began teaching them.
"As you two have already knew mana circulation, let us head to the next steps," His grandpa briefly explained.
"What Magics have you two learn just now? I must know so that I could have a brief overview of your capabilities." He asked.
"I know Healer Path," Ren spoke. He wanted to hide his mastered classes first and his potential before revealing it in due time.
"Me? I don't know any Magics yet." Rey then smiled.
"Hmm, don't worry. We will learn simple magics from each magic path." Lux said then gave the two spell books.
"Read that first while I will teach you the basics. First you all knew mana circulation as mana was all located in the surroundings. We could immediately know that mana was the gas of our spells."
"And so, I will teach you a skill that would make you feel better the mana in the surroundings. It was called mana sense.
"Sense the mana and then let it pull inside your body to sustain more spells. It would greatly enhance your mana capability as you have the mana in the air added to your mana core.
"The more you absorb mana in the air, the more skills you could unleash! It was called the Mana Mode. First learn that then we could proceed to learning spells from each Magic Paths." Lux then sat on the chair to wait for them to execute the skill and observe from afar.
He was using mana sense as he watched the two. Ren was starting to pull the mana particles from his surroundings but Ren, he was shocked to see him pulling the mana particles in the entire house!
He could even feel that he could pull even his own mana inside his body.
It was the evolved version of mana Mode where the execution rate was 90 percent up. Unlocking the effects of mana suction from the enemy himself.
Right now, Rey was a genius in mana related things, as Ren have observed from now. He even has the potential to become the next Magic Emperor.
The two immediately divulged in magic books and learned basic mage skills..... Elemental magic, Telekinesis, Healer, Support Mage, Conjurer, Teleporter, Enchanter....
They all had their spells from each other and then it would greatly take time to learn all of them.
Though Rey could learn each one of them in the first try. Ren could execute them second only to him.
Elemental magic has elemental attacks and Rey could master all elements. Ren only could do all elemental spells but it was half the effectiveness of its spells. Compared to Rey who could boost his elemental attacks twice the original spell.
That was what his potential was and could overshadow Ren easily. Though Ren was secretly and steadily learning the spells with each passing day from the past 3 years, he was still overshadowed by Rey. Being a versatile one could have slower growth compared to the focused class mastery like Rey.
Though Ren could execute the spell, it was a lesser variation compared to his genius level mastery of Rey.
Telekinesis made the two to levitate some physical things as a practice. They levitate one thing till they could levitate more things.
Healer class was mastered already by Ren but Rey was able to get it to four times the effectiveness. Compared to Ren who could only do twice.
Support Mage spells were mostly buffs and Rey learned the basics. Also the same happened. Rey was better at it.
Conjurer were summoning weapons and launching them towards the enemies. Rey could already summon tens to hundreds of swords and Ren could only summon daggers. It was by far humiliating on Ren's side.
Illusion magic was also adopted quickly. With stronger effects on its disrupting the senses. Rey was able to make his imagination into a life like picturesque reality.
Teleporter was also learned and Rey could teleport rapidly already. Meanwhile Ren could barely Teleport his self to a near area in just several times.
Enchanting also was being learned and Rey was better than Ren compared to enchanting weapons and armors. Rey could already enchant his clothes to have triple effects.
With that, Ren was impressed with his brother's potential. He could barely cope up to him.
