Even though the punishment for failing the mission was quite extreme, it would only happen if Max failed.
In the past, even in his dreams, he never dared imagine having Sophia.
Even though she was famously loose, her smoking-hot body combined with that arrogant aura was enough to make most men feel an instant urge to possess her the moment they saw her. Sophia was used to standing above everyone, used to people bowing their heads before her.
But that was the past.
If he only had three days or even one week, this mission would be very difficult. But one month was different. More than enough time for him to break Sophia's arrogance and make her willingly bow her head.
Max turned to look at Kelvin with pitying eyes. Even though the guy had bullied him plenty of times before, when he thought about what Kelvin would have to witness in the future, Max felt the guy was more pitiful than hateful.
Kelvin clearly noticed that look.
He angrily flicked the half-smoked cigarette to the ground, flung the car door wide open, and strode toward Max. The two stood face to face at extremely close range, their breaths almost touching.
Kelvin placed his right hand on Max's shoulder, following his old habit.
The moment he made contact, he froze.
Under the thin shirt was a slab of unexpectedly solid muscle, completely different from his memory of the guy he used to step on and ride. The surprise made Kelvin hesitate for a split second.
"Come on Kelvin, go greet that loser."
Sophia called out from behind, her voice full of mockery.
Pushed by his girlfriend, Kelvin had no choice but to follow through. He squeezed Max's shoulder hard. But even after putting in strength, Max remained standing still, his face calm as if wondering about something. On the contrary, Kelvin's face turned red, veins bulging on his arm from overexerting himself.
"What the hell are you doing?"
Max asked in a genuinely confused tone.
Sophia immediately cut in.
"That's how greeting works. Are you so old you don't even know basic stuff like this?"
"I see."
Max nodded slightly, the corner of his mouth curving into a faint smile.
"Since Kelvin greeted me first, I should return the greeting, right?"
Max's arm slowly rose and settled on Kelvin's shoulder, exactly where Kelvin had touched him. Sophia didn't understand what was happening, but Kelvin did. The instant that hand landed, his whole body stiffened.
That arm felt like a hydraulic press. Terrifying force transmitted straight down to his shoulder. A dry cracking sound rang out—not loud, but enough to make Kelvin's face twist in pain.
"Haha, what was that noise?"
Sophia lifted her face and laughed loudly.
"Loser, if you had just stood still and taken it obediently, you wouldn't be in this pathetic state."
But when she looked down, Kelvin was already kneeling on the ground, cold sweat pouring out, his face contorted in agony.
Max could endure when necessary, but once someone climbed onto his face, he absolutely would not. Actually, if the person stepping on his face was a beautiful woman, he might have endured it. At least with Kelvin, no.
"What's wrong with him?"
Max tilted his head, his voice completely serious.
"Did my greeting skill work too well? Did it shock him so much that his Down syndrome came back?"

Max glanced at the notification panel in front of him, the corner of his mouth twitching. The system could even measure a woman's favorability toward other people. Looked like this mission to smash the pot and steal the flowers was prepared very thoroughly indeed.
Since ancient times, the old saying went: men like exotic things, crows like young chicks, a married woman is already claimed property, and a real man must smash the pot and steal the flowers.
Sophia hurriedly helped Kelvin up, but the enthusiasm in her eyes toward him had visibly lessened. Just as she was about to drag Kelvin away, Max stepped forward and blocked their path.
"Hey."
His voice dropped low.
"Where do you think you're going? We haven't finished greeting yet."
Max's arm slowly rose. The movement wasn't fast, but it carried invisible pressure. Sophia instinctively took a step back, her heart pounding hard. The scene with Kelvin just now flashed through her mind.
No one around dared to intervene.
Sophia wasn't exactly a good person anyway. The people she had bullied weren't limited to Max. Besides, someone who could take down Kelvin so easily—no one was stupid enough to step in and pick a fight.
Quite a few people who already disliked Sophia stopped to watch the show.
"Josh, Jesh, you two virgins!"
Sophia shouted in panic toward the two bald guys nearby.
"Didn't you two say you liked me? I'm being bullied here, come help!"
Josh lowered his head to stare at the ground and spoke loudly in admiration.
"Wow, why is the grass under my feet so beautiful today? It would be a waste not to touch it."
Jesh lifted his head to look at the sky, face full of amazement.
"Unbelievable, the clouds today are really white."
Sophia fell into complete despair when she saw the two pretending not to know her.
Max's hand drew closer. Every second felt like a full minute. Just when she thought she couldn't take it anymore, the hand suddenly changed direction. Instead of landing on her shoulder, it slid lower.
The overwhelming sense of being dominated made Sophia let out a pained cry. Her legs gave way and she collapsed to the ground.
Suddenly the arm shifted downward to her chest instead of the shoulder, then immediately grabbed and squeezed hard on her right breast as if trying to milk it.
She screamed in pain and fell flat on the ground. Before she could recover, the hand went for her right breast again and squeezed even harder.
"Ahhhhhhh"
The elastic, satisfying sensation made Max release for a moment. Sophia gasped in brief relief, only for him to grab and squeeze continuously, enjoying the feeling. She moaned, stopped, then moaned again like an interesting duet.
Sophia lay on the grass, breathing rapidly, face flushed red. Amid the panic in her eyes was a trace of some hard-to-understand emotion. Her lips curved slightly as if trying to suppress something.

Max stared at the text in front of him, feeling like his head was about to explode.
What the hell.
This woman… could she actually have a real problem?
