Chapter 9 - Result.

Mr. Tasha left his office early that day.

"Mr. Tasha, are you leaving already?" one of the new employees asked.

"Yes, Ray. I have something to take care of." Mr. Tasha replied calmly, a faint smile on his face.

"All right, Mr. Tasha. Good luck." Ray said before heading back to his desk.

He was a new employee, chosen by Mr. Tasha for his sincerity and willingness to put in genuine effort.

Mr. Tasha stepped out into the street and headed home.

After arriving, he picked up the keys to his Aston and went out again.

Mr. Tasha arrived at a well-known hotel outside the city and went directly to meet the owner, an acquaintance he had made after becoming a successful businessman.

The standards were clear: a person's value was measured by what they owned.

In Mr. Tasha's view, this was an incomplete perspective, one that distorted how people were seen and how the world and life were understood.

He sat in the waiting room for about five minutes before the secretary came to escort him to the owner's office.

The hotel was luxurious and nationally renowned, a five-star establishment.

Mr. Tasha had chosen this hotel to host Charlie and Mary's wedding.

It was a gift from him.

The hotel had large halls, enough rooms to accommodate everyone, and the finest chefs in the country. How could he allow the wedding of his best employees to be held without leaving a special mark?

The secretary opened the door and gestured for Mr. Tasha to enter.

His steps were calm and composed.

"Tasha? Welcome. How are you?" The man's tone was saturated with arrogance.

"Hello, Caesar. I'm fine. And you?" In contrast to Caesar, Mr. Tasha's voice was balanced, carrying no empty emotions.

"How do you think? Of course I'm doing well. The summer has been good for me, Let's get straight to the point, Tasha. What do you want?" Caesar said.

"I want to rent the hotel for three days in July." Mr. Tasha stated plainly.

"Three days? I have no problem with that. But why?" Caesar asked, curious.

"For a wedding."

"A wedding? Are you getting married, Tasha?" Caesar's curiosity grew.

"No. But that's not important, Caesar. I'll leave you a check." Mr. Tasha said, refusing to feed his curiosity.

"I don't want a check, Tasha. I want a business partnership. Entering a project with you would be profitable." Caesar said calmly.

"Among everyone I know, you're the only one who maintains consistent growth without a fatal decline."

Caesar had known Mr. Tasha since the day he opened his real estate company, He never expected him to reach such heights.

Yet Mr. Tasha had exceeded all expectations.

Working with someone like him was a blessing.

'I knew he'd ask for this.' Mr. Tasha thought calmly as he listened.

'No problem, Working with him will be beneficial in the future.'

"All right. What matters is that the wedding goes well, I'll send you the details later. You can send me your proposal so I can review and evaluate it." Mr. Tasha said before leaving quietly.

Caesar stood alone, watching Mr. Tasha's back.

"What a man. Calm, decisive, and always achieving good results."

"I really made good use of this opportunity." Caesar said happily.

He was a businessman as well, but compared to Mr. Tasha, he seemed modest. Despite his strong background and successful projects, he had been surpassed by someone whose origins he didn't even know.

That ignited his enthusiasm to work with him.

After years, Mr. Tasha had finally agreed.

Mr. Tasha returned home.

He didn't dwell on Caesar's proposal, knowing he would reject it if it didn't meet his standards.

Results were what mattered to Mr. Tasha, whether in his personal or professional life.

Rejecting anything that could hinder achieving results was part of his success.

He sat at the desk in his second room, took a pen, and began planning the wedding and the announcements he would make.

There were two new projects, a salary increase, and a reduction of one working hour for all his employees.

After finishing his planning, he turned the page and reviewed his upcoming steps... He was walking the right path.

Mr. Tasha lived in the shadow of results, That was why he was confident he would solve his problems and rise to another level.

Results were always clear when the mind was clear.

Results became vague and nonexistent when one drowned in emotions.

He glanced at the clock, his bedtime was approaching. He went to his bed, drank a glass of water, took a book, and read for fifteen minutes before a thought crossed his mind.

He was responsible for all his actions, and therefore responsible for all their results.

Even if those results weren't entirely under his control or aligned perfectly with his expectations, he always framed them within his intent.

That was what made Mr. Tasha free.

But now, he thought about allowing the results he expected to contradict his expectations.

He considered several ideas that might surprise him, though translating them into reality was difficult. Since his youth, Mr. Tasha had always achieved the results he sought. Reversing certain outcomes now, simply to experience difference and change in results, felt strange and challenging.

Yet it was enjoyable.

Even this idea was, in itself, a result of who he was.
