Mr. Tasha woke up at one thirty in the morning.
He had seen another dream.
He was confused now, A beautiful feeling, yet its events were missing.
People often experience dreams like this, dreams whose details fade away.
But rarely do they encounter dreams that awaken sincere emotions within them.
Mr. Tasha thought about it for a long time and did not return to sleep.
In the end, however, he decided to let go. It was one of the new rules he had written for himself.
'If you want everything, you will get nothing.'
It was a principle worth following.
It prevented distraction from the present, obsession with the past, and anxiety about the future. It allowed him to act as things should be acted upon, not as human instinct imposed. The first controller of a person is the self, and allowing the self to become enslaved by emotion and impulse was a sign of weakness.
If something would lead him into a negative state that distracted him instead of helping him understand and perceive, he would reject it.
After several minutes, Mr. Tasha felt no desire to sleep. He got up, made some coffee, took a book, and began to read.
Mr. Tasha was always doubtful by nature.
After reading a certain sentence, the dream came back to him for a moment, and doubt knocked at his door.
Doubt was not a mistake.
It was a gateway to a flood of questions that led to a swamp of answers, drowning you in the mud of even more questions.
Yet this doubt often led to something important... the truth.
It also kept you away from error more often than not.
Mr. Tasha doubted that he had seen the girl again in his dream, Nothing else had awakened his emotions, even for a moment.
It was true that they were not feelings of love toward someone, but rather feelings toward himself, and that was what mattered most.
'Why did that previous dream awaken the emotions in my heart?' Mr. Tasha wondered, There was no answer.
Despite the intensity of what he felt and the many questions he raised, Mr. Tasha remained calm and deliberate. He did not allow his emotions to take control of his mind, He observed in order to understand, thought in order to analyze, and analyzed in order to conclude.
After some simple reflection, he understood the reason. Once again, he himself was the cause.
It was true that he was walking the right path, but he had not yet achieved anything that gave him a complete, genuine feeling. Everything was still fragmented, unfinished.
Perhaps he had misinterpreted the feeling from the dream, yet his intuition told him that what he was thinking now was correct.
The feeling of the dream was closer to longing, to anticipation of a coming result.
It meant that Mr. Tasha was still walking the right path.
All it took to understand this was a little time alone with himself.
So Mr. Tasha decided to spend some quiet time.
He then took the paper on which he had written the steps and principles he would follow to achieve what he desired and added something simple.
'Time for nothing.'
What was that?
It was time for relaxation, contemplation, and experiencing strange and new things.
This time would have nothing to do with work or people, It was time reserved for Mr. Tasha.
Perhaps also for the child Mr. Tasha.
He chose one hour every day for nothing, then thought again and decided to add one full day each week for nothing.
In this way, Mr. Tasha would have a curious time for himself. He would try, as much as possible, to move toward true emotions and touch them with his mind.
He sipped his coffee and felt calm and tranquil, The buds of his thoughts began to bloom.
He stopped reading and sank into his imagination.
…
The next morning.
Mr. Tasha woke up.
He had fallen asleep without realizing when.
Yet he felt rested, closer to himself.
He smiled, got up, stretched a little, took a cold shower, and prepared his breakfast.
Today, Mr. Tasha would not go to work, It was a day of nothing.
Why would Mr. Tasha skip work? Just because he was the boss?
No. Mr. Tasha was a hard worker, What others needed three days to accomplish, he finished in one.
He always exceeded expectations.
Why did Mr. Tasha keep working even though he was rich?
It was a question without an answer.
Why wouldn't he work? He never stopped developing himself. The money he earned, he used to earn more. He did not have a saving mentality, He was not afraid of life, nor of loss.
He lived free.
This was his way, his method of reaching what he desired. Even during the period when he felt empty, Mr. Tasha was quietly evolving, preparing himself for another transition in his life.
Perhaps he did not consciously know it, but the circuits of his mind were leading him toward growth.
Because behavior does not lie.
