During lunch break, Scarlett and Ted walked over to Ivy's seat in the Cafeteria. Ivy signalled to her friends to leave and her friends stood up and left while Scarlett and Ted sat down in front of Ivy.
Ivy, do you know that guy in my class called..., she said and paused trying to remember his name. She looked at Ted's face as if she was searching for the answer.
Leo?, Ted asked and Scarlett snapped her fingers.
Yh, Leo. Do you know him?, she asked and Ivy nodded and drank a cup of water.
What about him?, Ivy asked.
As he fought Bruce before or as anything happened between them before that makes everyone including Bruce fear him?, Scarlett asked curiously as she looked at Ivy waiting for an answer.
Actually, only your classmates are scared of him. We seniors are not scared of our juniors. Ivy said and Leo stood up from where he was seated before in the cafeteria and it was like time stopped. Everyone stopped talking including Ivy. Leo dropped his tray of food and left the Cafeteria.
Ivy let out a deep breath and drank water to cool down.
I thought you weren't scared of him or have you been demoted to the junior class?
I thought he wasn't scary anymore, she said and leaned in closer making Ted and Scarlett to lean in too.
Do you remember that day, Ted? The day Bruce and Leo almost fought. She said mysteriously and Ted opened his eyes wide in exaggeration.
Oh, I remember, it was hectic.
Why don't I remember?!, she said aloud then she covered her mouth.
You don't remember cause that day you lied to Mom and Dad that you were sick and you didn't want to come to school. Ivy said and Scarlett placed her head on the table.
Why was it the day a good fight happened that I decided not to come to school. She said frustratedly then she raised her head up abruptly.
Tell me, what happened between those two that day?, Scarlett said and Ivy looked sideways dramatically while Ted brushed his invisible mustache.
I can't believe you are older than me, she mumbled under her breath. Will you stop exaggerating and tell me what happened that day, Scarlett said angrily and Ted and Ivy giggled then Ivy looked serious.
That day, Bruce was bullying one of our classmates while Leo was sleeping. The noise Bruce was making with his boys made Leo angry. Leo gently told him to keep the noise down but Bruce was angered and he told Leo that he is the school's top dog. Nobody dates mess with him or whatever he said that day. Leo said it is not good to be a top dog and be the bottom human. He also said does that mean you're the leader of all the dogs that eat poop. Everyone laughed that day then Bruce shouted angrily that every student left their class to watch the fight. Bruce threw all kinds of punches and kicks but Leo dodged them all. Leo didn't fight back but everyone knew that if he fought back, Bruce would have been a dead man. Ted said and looked at Scarlett who wasn't surprised at all.
So that's what happened and everyone respects him because of that?, you people are wasting your respects. Scarlett said and ate a spoonful of her food.
We don't respect him, we fear him because that look in his eye is sad and deadly filled with anger and all kind of evil things. Ivy said and shivered. Ugh, his looks gives me the creeps, Ivy said and drank water again.
Are you not going to eat, why do you keep drinking water?, Scarlett asked and ate another spoonful of her food.
