Frank saw Sebastian approaching him slowly causing Frank to panic, Frank tried tugging his legs hoping they would move but nothing he did seemed to work, with every passing moment using the skill Escape(C) was looking more like a boon than a bane.
After a while, Frank decided to give in to his desire and use the skill Escape, Frank shouted Escape with all his might but nothing happened.
Feeling emotional Frank shouted:
"I hate this world!!!"
A rational person would have given up and accepted their fate since they could not move but Frank wasn't ever really that rational to begin with and since he was staying in the land of souls he wasn't exactly human.
So Frank, slammed on the floor with his body softly while squatting slowly to so as to reduce the force of his upper body landing on the floor during his fall.
Next came the hard part, as a grown man it had been quite sometime Frank tried crawling so he was a bit out of shape and was overly protective of his ragged flesh as he slowly crawled to an hiding spot.
But before he could reach the hiding spot Sebastian had already narrowed the distance to being only a few meters at the back of Frank.
Frank's heart was pounding loudly while he was shivering all over, he thought for a second on how he would explain to Sebastian why he disobeyed the order but could not come up with any excuse at the moment.
A pardon from Sebastian was not coming anytime soon and the alternative of not getting a pardon from Sebastian was no good.
He briefly remembered that right below the wooden board there was a warning stating:
[Being disobedient to officials is punishable by destruction.]
The soul beings didn't believe in death since they had already died but every once in a while, if their bones were broken into pieces, a soul being would then face true death mostly called "Destruction".
Frank exited his trip down memory lane while still daring to crawl even though Sebastian was right at his back. Sebastian was about to pick Frank up when a new notification appeared on Frank's face, a few seconds later, Frank was upright once again.
Frank had a pleasant smile once he saw the notification:

The conditions to use Drift(F) has been met.
Your skill Drift(F) has been activated]
Immediately the skill activated, Frank returned to an upright position while sending a thought to his leg to move but he wasn't moving.
Frank hurriedly tried thinking of a lot of ways he could use to move his body but nothing he thought about worked.
Frank's time had run out and he was about to be captured by Sebastian although Sebastian was still in the slow state.
Frank stared at the ground a few steps away while thinking:
*I just wish I could move to that place before I get caught by Sebastian*
Frank closed his eyes expecting the inevitable, a while passed and nothing happened Frank tried using his hands to feel his entire body, looking for the hand that he remembered was one inch closer to picking him up. Frank searched everything but there was nobody holding him. Frank thought it was a joke so he opened his eyes carefully.
Frank was surprised to see that he was at exactly the place he wished he would be five seconds ago. Frank tried different tests hoping to find out how the skill "Drift(F)".
The only thing that worked was that whenever Frank glanced at where he wanted to go, he had to wait a few seconds (10 to 12 seconds) before suddenly appearing at where he looked at.
Frank also saw a few flaws with the skill, one was that the skill greatly affected his human flesh anytime he used it while the second was that he couldn't travel far distances with the skill only around a distance of a maximum of five meters(5 meter).
Once again, walking and running were some of the best human skills, not only were they were the most effective skills they were also less costly to learn.
While hopping away from place to place, Frank tried to return to his room while deciding that sneaking around wasn't too save for him at his level and that it was time to start digging a hole in his room even though he still didn't have his own unique way to break down the concrete floor.
Upon arriving at his door, Frank saw the following notifications followed by something strange happening to him.

Immediately this notifications appeared, Frank was yanked into a body that was sitting in a meditative state in his room, which to his surprise was his body.
Frank was confused and equally surprised at what had just happened, he tried thinking about a few things in his life to sustain his meditative state but he couldn't keep up with the rhythm causing the meditative state to deactivate.

Shortly after the meditative skill was deactivated, Frank looked around his surroundings with new light, the surroundings were the same and time was in its proper pace, not faster or slower just normal.
Frank was busy scanning his surroundings when he came across an unfamiliar figure staring at him.
At that moment, a few notifications were hurriedly displayed in front of Frank.
