Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: The Absolute Power of Four Arms!

Four Arms saw the massive glob of slime hurtling toward the security guards.

Without hesitation, he reached to a nearby shelf and grabbed a deflated rubber ball with one hand.

With a casual flick—

Bang!

The "harmless" rubber ball shot forward like a cannonball. It struck the slime midair and blasted it apart in an instant, splattering harmlessly across the floor.

Dr. Animo's eyes widened.

"What tremendous strength…!"

He hadn't clearly seen Four Arms move—but he absolutely saw the result.

"You guys, get out of here," Four Arms commanded, his deep voice booming like thunder.

The security guards didn't need to be told twice. They scrambled away in fear.

Four Arms didn't mind.

All four of his eyes locked onto the giant frog—and Dr. Animo beside it.

The device on Animo's head—the gene manipulator—was connected by cables to the rotating mechanism on his chest. The machinery hummed faintly.

Under Four Arms' stare, cold sweat formed on Animo's forehead.

For the first time in a long while…

He felt fear.

Thud. Thud. Thud.

Each step Four Arms took made the floor tremble.

"I-I'll leave him to you for now!" Dr. Animo stammered, backing away. "Hold him off!"

He turned and ran toward the electronics section.

[Ding! Sign-in target detected: Genetically altered frog.

Objective: Knock it unconscious.]

Four Arms glanced at Animo's retreating figure.

"The reward can wait," he muttered. "Stopping Animo comes first."

But the frog leapt.

Its massive body launched forward like a speeding truck, aiming straight for him.

"Fine," Four Arms growled. "I'll deal with you first."

He planted his feet and spread all four arms wide—almost like he was inviting the attack.

The frog didn't hesitate.

BOOM!

It slammed directly into his chest.

The impact cracked tiles and shook the shelves.

Four Arms' legs slid back one step—

One foot crushed a deep footprint into the floor—

Then he stopped.

Completely steady.

He looked down at the frog, eyes gleaming coldly.

"I was waiting for that."

He hadn't taken a single scratch.

The frog froze.

This wasn't intelligence—it was instinct.

Prey sensing a predator.

It was a herbivore.

Four Arms was not.

With a roar, all four of his arms wrapped around the frog's soft body, locking it in place. His grip tightened like a steel vice.

The creature couldn't move.

Couldn't breathe.

"Up you go."

With terrifying strength, Four Arms lifted the mountain-sized frog above his head—

And slammed it down.

BOOOOM!!!

The floor shattered.

Concrete split open as the frog crashed into a crater, half-buried in broken tiles and debris.

Its eyes spun in spirals.

Knocked out cold.

"First pet handled," Four Arms said casually.

To him, Animo's so-called "masterpiece" was just another small animal.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host! Sign-in successful!

Reward: White-tier enhancement — Alien form strength increased by 10%.]

"Add it to Four Arms."

The decision was instant.

Warm energy surged through his massive limbs. Muscles tightened. Power multiplied.

Ten percent might not sound like much—

But for a creature already this strong?

It was a leap.

Four Arms flexed slightly.

"I feel like I could punch through the planet," he muttered. "Animo… you're next."

Far away behind toppled shelves, Ben and Gwen watched with wide eyes.

"That was insane," Ben whispered.

"He lifted it like it was a pillow," Gwen breathed.

Their friend Aiden—

Was a hero.

Meanwhile, in the electronics section—

Dr. Animo frantically stuffed components into his device. The humming mechanism on his chest whirred faster.

Then he realized something.

The frog's signal… was gone.

"In less than a minute?!" he gasped. "That muscle-bound monster destroyed my masterpiece?!"

The ground trembled again.

Heavy.

Measured.

Getting closer.

Animo's face paled.

"He's coming…"

He glanced toward another section of the store—

The pet aisle.

"If I can get more genetic material," he muttered nervously, clutching his components, "I can create something stronger!"

He sprinted toward the pet section—

Unaware that Grandpa Max was already there.
