Hey guys, here is the new chapter hope you will liked and read thru everything.
This chapter is a bit about Sasori's infiltration into the palace and how he managed to complete his mission. Although the seal sounds very powerful, it would only be effective against civilians, as ninjas have enough chakra to break free from the control.
if you want to give idea about new character that can fit Suna and have a lore to it you can tell me and maybe I add them for the future

While the world learned of the death of one of the Seven Mist Swordsmen at the hands of Suna and its brief return, another person was not currently paying attention to that.
The Daimyō's Palace a fortress of opulence built over a beautiful oasis could be seen from afar, where high dunes shielded it from the strong winds.
Sasori, having infiltrated, had assumed the identity of a low-ranking servant named Genji. He walked through the side corridors of the south wing.
His footsteps made a constant noise that anyone could hear, making his cover completely perfect; the guards paid him no attention, knowing exactly where he was at every moment.
With the mission Daigo had given him, Sasori was taking every perfect step to complete it and more knowing this involved the Daimyō of the Land of Wind.
His mission was to infiltrate, place a manipulation seal and the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand Technique on most of the important servants, such as advisors, and then do the same with the Daimyō.
However, for the Daimyō, he would not use the seal, only the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand, to gradually erase the things he didn't like about Suna changing his point of view over time.
If things went well, Daigo wouldn't just win; Suna would have full support from the Daimyō and wouldn't be in such a bad situation as before.
Though with Daigo's tunnels, the village had already started making money. As planned, 90% of southern merchants seeing how things was dangerously because of the war took the safe route, earning money while Suna earned too by charging high fees. No one complained, because the tunnels were better than the open air.
Sasori stopped in front of one of the large carved wooden doors leading to the royal kitchens. His fingers, hidden in the sleeves of his robe, moved with microscopic precision. Ten chakra threads so thin they were invisible even to a basic sensor-trained eye extended across the floor.
"You're late with the tea, Genji," said an older woman, the head of supplies without turning around while preparing another dish.
Sasori didn't respond immediately, only controlling his threads. A single thread connected to the base of the woman's skull, right where the nervous system joins the spine, leaving her completely immobile.
There was no resistance. The woman's eyes clouded over and her body went totally stiff, without any sign of movement.
Sasori, making sure no one interrupted, placed his hand on the older woman's head and used his very thin threads to pierce her skull to reach the brain and apply the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand Technique.
Being an invasive jutsu, it reached the memory area of the brain. Seeing the technique was implemented, he moved to the second step; lifting the woman's shirt from the back, he found the perfect spot to draw the seal.
Taking a scroll from his hand, he opened it, summoning chakra ink and a brush to begin drawing the seal with quick and precise movements.
Sasori finished. The seal glowed with a bluish light and then disappeared from normal view, leaving the woman as if nothing had happened.
Forming a hand seal, Sasori erased the woman's memory of what he had done along with everything up to that moment, then stopped using the control and let her act normally.
"Sorry, ma'am. I got distracted with the spice inventory," Sasori replied in Genji's voice.
"Don't worry. Take this to the Daimyō. He's in a bad mood because of the war reports and needs tea," she ordered, moving normally, making Sasori nod mentally upon seeing it worked without issue.
Without waiting longer, he left the room to deliver the tea.
In the hallway, while walking toward the Daimyō's chamber, he thought about the people he had already placed under his control. The head of supplies was the last one he did. The first was the wine keeper, then he took the opportunity and controlled two of the council's personal scribes, making a total of five people. Not bad for a start.
While crossing the hallway toward the private chambers, Sasori stopped. Four elite royal guards known as the "Golden Sand Guardians" blocked access.
These men weren't ordinary shinobi; they were samurai trained specifically to detect foreign chakra use and wore armor imbued with seals protecting against mental alteration jutsu.
"Identify yourself, servant," said the central guard, lowering his katana.
"I'm Genji the one in charge of bringing jasmine tea for the Daimyō, my lord," Sasori lowered his head, maintaining the act.
The guard scanned Sasori with an icy gaze. Sasori could feel the tension in the air. Due to the war with Kirigakure and recent reports of attacks on the coasts, the Daimyō had entered a state of absolute paranoia. He had doubled the guard and prohibited entry to anyone without a daily authorization mark, which changed color and pattern every twelve hours.
"The Daimyō is currently busy," the guard said, narrowing his eyes. "Leave it on the inspection table and get lost."
Sasori obeyed. While placing the tray, his eyes scanned the Daimyō's chamber door and then the samurai armor before retreating.
He retreated slowly, knowing that forcing entry now would ruin the preparation.
Getting Back in his small room in the lower levels, Sasori sat in the darkness, grabbing a book and beginning to read. Currently, he would only have to wait for opportunities to control more people.
Sasori also had explored more during the night, noticing the Daimyō's routine. Every night at three in the morning, he usually retreated to his private balcony to observe the stars a moment when he demanded absolute privacy, sending the guards ten meters away outside the room.
That was the gap he would have to place the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand. A ten-minute window where the most important man in the country was alone with his thoughts.
Though it would be very difficult, since using the technique would require chakra, and by doing so, the guards would notice, entering and discovering him, so he would have to wait longer until they relaxed .
In the following days, opportunities began to come to Sasori through the head of supplies who was in charge of delivering meals to the most important people.
Asking her to locate his next victims and as he thought she managed it. Having to deliver their meals gave him enough time to use both jutsu and seal to control them, adding more puppets to his collection.
Three more days passed. Sasori, under his Genji facade, had become such a common presence that even the "Golden Sand Guardians" no longer asked for identification every time he passed; just a bored wave of the hand allowed him to continue on his way.
One afternoon, while helping clean the grand banquet hall after a council meeting, he overheard something that interested him.
The two highest-ranking advisors, those who decided the flow of money after the Daimyō had stayed alone to discuss the latest reports.
"Have you heard about Sunagakure's movements? They built tunnels with that kid's crystal all over the desert."
"Yes, I heard about them. I even informed the Daimyō of the advantage those tunnels would give us. He said we'd soon take them under our power to controlled."
"That's sound like a good plan. What does Suna think they are? That they can keep all of it? They've already wasted enough when they don't do their job well. Maybe after we take the tunnels, we can look for other options."
"I think the same. Konoha, though they have high prices for missions, has a very high success rate."
Sasori, who was polishing a silver vase a few meters away, narrowed his eyes. "Other options," he thought.
That was exactly what Daigo wanted to avoid. If the Daimyō started looking toward Konoha, Suna's economic independence plans would collapse.
He waited for the meeting to end. When Advisor Banzan retreated to his personal office to review some documents before dinner he went for him, Sasori always making sure there were no guards in the hallway.
He entered without knocking, carrying a tray with a small snack no one had asked for.
"Who gave you permission to enter?" Banzan asked, lifting his eyes from his papers.
Sasori said nothing. With a fluid motion of his fingers, the chakra threads shot out. The threads didn't go to kill him but incapacitated him in a blink; the advisor's body became rigid as stone. The man tried to scream, but his vocal cords were under Sasori's absolute control.
"It'll just be a moment, advisor," Sasori said in a calm and soft voice, very different from a servant's. "Sunagakure needs you to be a little more understanding and stop being so greedy."
Repeating the process with surgeon's precision, his threads penetrated the brain's memory area, installing the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand.
Then he turned the man's around moving aside the heavy silk fabrics from his back, he drew the control seal. The seal glowed with a bluish light and sank into the skin until it disappeared.
When Sasori released control, the advisor blinked several times, feeling strangely dizzy.
"What was I saying? Ah yes," Banzan looked at the snack Sasori had just left. "Thank you, boy. You may leave I'll reconsider my decisions."
Sasori bowed and left. Now the most influential voice in the palace's finances was under his control. Though the other advisor was still missing, he would be next.
Tomorrow, in the council meeting, Banzan and Torzan would be the first to discard the idea of seeking help from Konoha or other neighboring countries.
However, the main target remained the Daimyō. After the last two attacks Sasori had done, he decided to let things continue normally.
A few more weeks passed, and noticing he would have to return soon to Todo's camp, he would have to make the most dangerous maneuver.
That night at three in the morning, Sasori positioned himself in the shadows near the private balcony, using the bare minimum chakra. He watched as the samurai left the room and positioned themselves ten meters outside the door.
The Daimyō stepped out onto the balcony, sighing while looking at the moon. He seemed like a tired man, overwhelmed by the responsibilities of a war he didn't fully understand.
Using his small and agile body, Sasori lowered himself from the palace roof without making any noise, walking slowly until he was right behind the Daimyō.
The wind blew strong, helping hide the rustle of his clothes. Instead of touching him directly, Sasori used a senbon impregnated with a minimal dose of a mild sedative to put someone to sleep for a few minutes.
He threw the needle with his hand, hitting the Daimyō's neck. The Daimyō felt a slight prick, like a mosquito, and brought his hand to the back of his neck, but before he could think about it, his eyes drooped and he fell deeply asleep in his lounge chair.
Sasori grab him before he make any noise. He had less than eight minutes before the guards decided to peek from the door.
He approached the Daimyō. He didn't place the control seal on him; both had been very clear that the Daimyō had to keep his personality intact to avoid raising suspicions in other nations or his own guards. He would only use the Memory-Concealing Manipulative Sand.
His fingers glowed with pale green chakra. He introduced the invisible threads into the Daimyō's head. It was delicate work, like untangling a needle thread without breaking a single strand.
Sasori began erasing memories about what he had thought of doing with Suna's tunnels, changing them to more beneficial ones for both, where both won. Additionally, he erased any trace of doubt the Daimyō had about recent expense reports. In his mind, Suna was no longer a burden but a successful investment.
Just as he was finishing, he heard the sound of armor moving outside.
"Is everything alright, my lord?" asked a guard's voice from the other side of the door.
Sasori retreated quickly, climbing back to the roof. The Daimyō woke with a start, blinking as the sedative effect faded.
"Yes, yes… I dozed off for a moment," the Daimyō replied, rubbing his eyes. "The night air is very relaxing. By the way, tomorrow I want you to call a meeting with the Kazekage. I have a business he might like."
The guards nodded, though confused by the Daimyō's sudden decision at that hour of the early morning, though they let it pass, thinking something had come to his mind.
Sasori, from the roof shadows, watched the scene with a small satisfied smile, feeling his mission was completely finished.
Days later, the palace was a different place. The atmosphere of paranoia had dissipated, replaced by absolute cooperation with the village.
As the Daimyō said, he made the deal with the Kazekage where both won, having many merchants willing to use the tunnels; and with the Daimyō's connections, they increased even more.
The Kazekage, seeing that the Daimyō wanted to keep 60% of the tunnel business which would result in a loss for Suna with only a 40% of the money demanded something more in addition to the percentage.
He stipulated that all missions received or held by the palace would have to be directed to Suna.
Furthermore, the Daimyō would have to provide full support during the war and could not refuse to release funds whenever they were necessary.
This created a fairer deal, as Suna was solely responsible for the defense of the tunnels and the safety of the merchants.
The Kazekage was quite happy with this exchange from the Daimyō, and perhaps the idea of money clouded his mind a bit, but he wouldn't let it pass.
As for Sasori, he had just arrived at Todo's camp, ready to tell Daigo the news.
