"Renee, you're back?"
Chelsea Raines's face lit up.
Renee Jennings gave a faint smile and sat back down in her seat.
"Looks like everyone's full?" the host asked. "I wonder if you were all satisfied with tonight's dinner?"
"Not satisfied!" Jared Woods shouted. "There wasn't enough of the good noodles! It wasn't nearly enough to eat!" He added the qualifier himself to distinguish between the noodles made by Naomi Kenway and Renee Jennings.
The host laughed. "It seems Naomi's noodles were very popular!"
"Next up is our next activity. Come on, all the kids, get a little red flower from me. Then, give this flower to the person you think is the 'Top Chef'!"
The young guests collected their flowers from the host. With the exception of Nathan Lynch, all the children tacitly headed toward Naomi Kenway.
"Jared Woods!"
Chelsea Raines called out to him, her tone carrying a hint of forcefulness.
