Chapter 86 - Chapter 86: Lancelot Settles In The Kingdom Of God, Overlooking The Earth From Space

August 1975. After receiving their space membranes, Magneto, Sailor Anna, Bradley, and Dr. Leonard had completed their transformation into mutated proto-beings. Like tireless bees, they began ceaselessly reshaping the God Realm.

Under Lancelot Tendo Pain's guidance, the four frequently traveled between Earth and the God Realm.

The God Realm evolved at a staggering pace. Skyscrapers now pierced the heavens, exceeding a kilometer in height.

The architectural style reflected Lancelot's vision: a futuristic, sci-fi, space-inspired aesthetic. Towering spires erupted from the ground, exuding both grandeur and technological sophistication.

The bio-morphic materials developed by the Mutant Evolution House were applied throughout, allowing the buildings to morph according to the occupants' will.

Thanks to Dr. Leonard's replication efforts, the God Realm now possessed every cutting-edge piece of bio-tech infrastructure: Directed Evolution Towers, Biomedicine Spires, Teleportation Hubs, and more. Even without conventional power, Bradley's special abilities ensured these "Tech-170" devices ran flawlessly.

Sailor Anna even created a massive lake using her powers. The God Realm thrived under constant construction.

By February 1976, after months of building, Lancelot summoned all the mutants.

"I shall take residence in the God Realm," Lancelot declared to White Queen Emma, Black Emperor X, Red Devil Azazel, Mystique Raven, Sabretooth Victor, and others.

"I shall follow my king to death," all the mutants intoned in unison, kneeling before him.

"Excellent. Starting today, we shall execute the migration plan to the God Realm. I need your focus to shift gradually toward this new kingdom," Lancelot said with a satisfied smile, striding toward the Directed Evolution Device in the core lab.

"Master, allow Mystique Raven and I to serve you," White Queen Emma and Mystique Raven appeared, bowing before him.

"Of course, my darlings," Lancelot replied. Together, the three entered the evolution pods.

An hour later, they emerged, bathed in a soft golden glow. Lancelot, Emma, and Mystique radiated power, each shimmering as if wrapped in living gold.

"Space gate," Lancelot commanded. A portal opened before them, and the trio stepped through, arriving in the space lab.

Technicians, long anticipating this, fitted Emma and Mystique with Sentinel II armor. Lancelot, now equipped with his space membrane and energy absorption powers, no longer required armor to survive in the vacuum.

"Master, we are ready," Emma and Mystique said, flanking Lancelot and lightly holding his hands.

"Let's go to our new home," Lancelot said. They passed through the portal together.

When they arrived, Lancelot and his companions stood upon the God Realm's soil. Ten crescent-shaped bio-ships from the "Television University" docked nearby. Magneto's four lieutenants leapt from the flight controls, standing at attention.

"Master, your chamber is ready," Magneto said, leading them to a floating palace.

The palace hovered above the God Realm, its structure capable of transforming at will—from ancient pyramids to medieval castles, even to futuristic sci-fi fortresses. Even Lancelot could not hide his awe.

Inside, the palace was monumental. From its windows, stars dotted the night sky. At its center stood a grand, intricately crafted throne, the God Throne.

"Erik, how is Darwin?" Lancelot asked, glancing toward Magneto.

"Darwin has developed some resistance to cosmic radiation, though it's subtle," Magneto replied.

"Then let's go. We shall meet Darwin," Lancelot said, raising his right hand. A space gate appeared, leading into a pure white, ellipsoid chamber.

Inside, Darwin glimmered in pale gold, his space membrane radiating mysterious runes. He was deep in physical training, surrounded by equipment tracking his evolution.

He hadn't left the room in a month, sustained by Leonard's replicated deliveries of food and water.

As Darwin trained, a magnificent portal opened. Lancelot appeared, accompanied by White Queen Emma and Mystique Raven.

"My King, you have arrived," Darwin said, energized, his golden aura shimmering under cosmic radiation.

"Do you need rest?" Lancelot asked, observing Darwin's radiance.

"No, my King. I feel incredible. I can sense my body evolving with each passing moment. In another month, I will fully adapt to a body fit for space—the ultimate space membrane," Darwin said, eyes sparkling with excitement.

"But… I am somewhat confused," Darwin admitted, his earlier excitement replaced by puzzlement.

"Explain," Lancelot said, curious.

"I feel as though only a month has passed here, yet Magneto says Earth time is already 1976."

"Time in space is different from time on Earth," Lancelot explained, patting Darwin's shoulder.

"You have never seen Earth from space," he continued. Raising his hand, a portal appeared. Lancelot guided Darwin, Emma, and Mystique back to the palace.

Stepping before his throne, Lancelot's presence rendered the palace transparent, revealing the cosmos beyond.

"Visual Network," Lancelot said, tapping the throne's armrest. A massive blue planet quickly zoomed into view.

"Darwin, do you notice any changes?" Lancelot asked.

"Forgive my ignorance, my King," Darwin said, dew still clinging to his hair, staring at the blue expanse below.

"The rotation speed. From space, Earth is spinning faster," Emma observed, her eyes sharp as ever.

"Correct. Different reference points create different perceptions of time. Simply put, a day here may equal a year on Earth," Lancelot explained.

"Darwin, those of us in space have surpassed ordinary time. That is why I call all residents of the God Realm Mutant Gods."

"God resides in the heavens, observing the clouds. My lineage has conquered time itself," Lancelot concluded.
