Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Wearing Mourning Clothes to Attend the Wedding (Part 2)

"Turn it off!" Aaron Lawson exclaimed, his face looking very unpleasant.

It's over.

If this gets exposed, the role and endorsement he worked so hard to secure could all be rescinded.

No, he has to come up with a solution.

His career is on the rise; he can't let Sparkle Gold ruin it.

Moreover, he has already given Starlight to his brother; if Sparkle doesn't die, there will be big trouble in the future!

Linda Hancock was also frightened pale but forced a sisterly love: "Sister, it's so great that you're alright, you haven't appeared for so long, I thought something had happened to you."

Although she couldn't see the face, she knew it was her...

Sparkle Gold glanced at her with a seemingly smiling gaze, implying, "Some people want me dead; I insist on living. Not only that, I will personally send each one of them to hell."

She can't play Linda to death yet; otherwise, how will she settle the account for being repeatedly used before?

She personally elevated Linda Hancock to this height and will personally destroy her!

The sinister words made Linda's face even paler: "It's good that sister is fine."

How could she not have died? The car obviously plunged into the sea!

Not wanting to deal with her anymore with a pretense, Sparkle gave Aaron a side-eye: "I'm afraid I won't have time to offer you wreaths in the future, so I brought them today in advance!"

Aaron restrained his anger, afraid of ruining the gentle good guy image he had painstakingly established, and pretended to ask with deep feeling:

"Sparkle, there must be some misunderstanding here. Don't always be so willful; give me time to explain, will you?"

Sparkle sneered: "No need for explanations, just accept my gift obediently, go back and quickly prepare a coffin, lie inside, close your eyes, and be done with it. How do you feel about this proposal?"

"Sparkle, why are you always so strong and willful? You're always talking to yourself, not leaving others any space or face."

Aaron shouted in pain and helplessness, insinuating Sparkle Gold's unreasonable and forceful nature.

Sure enough, the guests started whispering among themselves.

"Exactly, if it were me, I couldn't stand such a tigress either. It's really hard on Aaron."

...

Listening to the guests criticizing her one by one, Sparkle only felt amused.

This society is just full of malice towards women; as long as a woman does something a little wrong, a man's cheating can be understood and forgiven.

She didn't want to waste time with these people and waved to the hired hands.

"Set up the wreaths properly, smash everything. Don't worry about hurting anyone; those gifts are enough for them to see a doctor."

After speaking, she gracefully turned and left, the sound of smashing and screaming coming from behind.

"Sparkle Gold, stop right there for me!" Aaron roared with anger, "Call the police, quickly call the police!"

Walking out the hotel's front door, Sparkle sighed.

From today on, she will be notorious, right?

Afraid no one will ever want her, this tigress, anymore.

She knows this kind of strategy where harm to the enemy equals harm to oneself is foolish, but so angry, she just wants to vent this anger.

A car suddenly stopped in front of her; a person in black clothes and pants asked, "Sparkle Gold?"

"I am..."

As soon as her words fell, she was forcibly dragged into the car, speeding away.

Sparkle's heart was startled: What's going on?
