Li Chang's expression darkened, as if a suspicion had been confirmed. He turned around and pulled Xie Fang away.
"H—hey!" Xie Fang let out a cry, but Li Chang's steps didn't slow down until they reached the bedroom. He slammed the door tight and looked at Xie Fang with a solemn expression.
His hands closed around Xie Fang's shoulders, firm and unyielding. "From now on, don't eat anything Li Yuxi gives you."
"Why?" Xie Fang shook off Li Chang's hand. "You can't order me without explaining." His brows knit together.
"What happened when we were in the room? Why don't I remember anything?" Xie Fang asked one question after another, yet his voice remained steady.
Li Chang didn't speak for a long time. He just stood there, as if trying to read Xie Fang's mind. Both stood in stalemate, neither willing to back down.
