Chapter 2: A lack of self-conscious.

"Cell?"

A voice almost unfamiliar to David hissed out of his mouth, and whilst he eventually realized it was that of Cell's, it didn't dissipate his own confusion. Whilst his mind slowly processed his sudden change of body, David's own mind sped around in many trains of thought -

'Im Cell?'

'Where am I?'

'No wonder my back feels uncomfortable on the ground.'

'Im so tall.'

Until it finally settled on:

'I reincarnated!?'

He thought, practically spitting itself out, the idea so preposterously his reality that the pure confusion nearly short circuited his brain again, and yet he had to swallow the truth.

He died, and now he's alive, and he's apparently Cell, or atleast cell adjacent. So as he wobbly got up due to the length of his limbs being inhuman, he eventually slowly looked around - his vision unnaturally sharp. Whilst he's assuming that he's probably Imperfect Cell if anything, it's eerily weird how convenient and useful his body felt, even with the confusion coming from adjusting to a new body. He took a couple steps forward, the confusing feeling causing him to trip over.

"Ough."

He let out, despite not really hurting from it - but the sudden trip cleared his mind a little, and finally let him think.

'Ive been reincarnated.. well that's obvious now, like a novel. I'm guessing my golden finger was becoming cell, no matter how weird this feels. If this is already using a copyrighted work for my golden finger, I'll go off Dragon Ball knowledge - which is hopefully where I was reincarnated. You never know where you'll be reincarnated. Like having a bajillion novels where someone got reincarnated as a character in DxD.. hopefully not- never watched that show.'

But despite his unfocused thoughts, his heart was filled with glee, I mean - even if his new bug like body was confusing to walk with, he was reincarnated! With a dragon ball golden finger aswell. Even if he didn't get the top dog of golden fingers, a system - Dragon Ball was still very strong! If he didn't get reincarnated into Dragon Ball, he could still be a big player, only series like fate and such series could make Dragon Ball look weak in comparison!

Slowly pushing himself back onto his feet, he started walking again- somehow easier than before, almost naturally. Whilst this confused him at first, his own desire to understand what is going on drew a conclusion - Cell's talent.

'Cell had legendary talent already in the original series, copying many moves with ease. I must've gained his talent too, and so once I tried to walk and failed, I must've unconsciously learned how to walk..'

Smirking to himself, giggling almost David began to walk. The lush forest around him was beautiful, yes. But it didn't seem special really, the only things around being bugs.

'Considering there's no ninjas or cursed spirits, I'm assuming it's either one of the two - I was reincarnated into a verse that was super strong or-'

'I'm in a verse where I'm stronger than everything else.'
