Ficool

Chapter 51 - 50

"4/1 chapter!!!"

As soon as Tel-Rol finished speaking, his figure vanished from the spot.

The next second, he appeared in front of Ultron.

A simple, unadorned straight punch went straight for Ultron's gleaming vibranium chest.

"Thud!"

A dull sound echoed through the ruined church.

Tel-Rol's fist landed squarely on Ultron's chest plate, leaving not even a slight dent.

Ultron's body merely swayed slightly, sliding back a step.

The red light on its chest flickered.

"Impact force recorded. 98.7% of kinetic energy absorbed and transmitted to the ground. Interesting physical properties."

Tel-Rol shook his hand, his eyebrows raised.

"Huh? Your shell is pretty good!"

He grinned, revealing a mouthful of white teeth.

"Finally, something durable enough to hit!"

Ultron raised its arms, its palms glowing, and two scorching energy beams shot towards Tel-Rol.

Tel-Rol didn't even bother to dodge, walking forward directly into the beams.

The energy beams struck him like water from a squirt gun, splashing everywhere.

"Energy resistance also exceeds prediction. You are not a product of this planet's natural evolution."

Ultron's electronic voice betrayed no emotion.

"You talk too much!"

Tel-Rol looked impatient.

"More annoying than Tony!"

He suddenly accelerated, grabbed Ultron's metal head, and lifted it, smashing it hard against a nearby load-bearing stone pillar!

"Bang!"

Stone chips flew, and spiderweb-like cracks appeared on the pillar.

Ultron's head was unharmed.

"Again!"

Tel-Rol, as if he had found a fun toy, swung Ultron again, smashing him against the pillar.

"Boom!"

This time, the entire stone pillar could no longer support the weight, breaking in half and collapsing with a crash.

The church's dome, having lost its last support, began to rain down large chunks of rubble and broken walls.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Earth.

National City, D.E.O. Headquarters.

Piercing alarms blared throughout the base.

An agent rushed to the command console, her face pale.

"Director Hank! Two massive non-Earth energy sources are detected in Eastern Europe, colliding violently!"

"The pattern of one of them… is completely consistent with Tel-Rol in our records!"

A beautiful figure was already standing in front of the screen.

Kara Zor-El, wearing her familiar blue and red battle suit, with long golden hair draped over her shoulders, had a very serious expression.

On the screen, Tel-Rol's energy signal was like a raging wildfire, clashing madly with another equally powerful but colder and more orderly energy source.

"Kara, that's him."

Her sister, Alex Danvers, walked up to her, her expression grave.

"The other energy source is artificial, but its intensity… is incredible. And according to satellite images, the entire landmass beneath them is now in the sky!"

Kara bit her lip.

"He's fighting someone. On a city that's flying."

"That idiot!"

She knew Tel-Rol's personality; once he got into a fight, he wouldn't care about anything else.

"I have to go."

Kara looked at Alex.

"Clark is busy. Right now, no one but me can stop him. If I don't go, he'll tear down the sky just for fun."

She didn't say another word.

Without waiting for anyone to give an order, Kara turned and flew out.

The next second, a red and blue streak of light shot into the sky, flying towards the other side of the Earth at an imperceptible speed.

Sokovia.

What was once a church had now become a massive crater of ruins.

Tel-Rol and Ultron's battle had moved from the ground to mid-air.

Every punch from Tel-Rol carried a tearing roar through the air, and the shockwaves from his fists even sent the robots on the ground tumbling.

Ultron's vibranium body was indestructible, its movements precise and efficient, each strike containing terrifying power.

In the Avengers' public communication channel, Tony's roar was almost deafening.

"Damn it! There's an earthquake on this broken rock! Tel-Rol! You idiot! Do you know what you're doing?!"

Steve's voice also carried a hint of urgency.

"He's destroying the city's structure! We don't have much time to evacuate civilians!"

Clint's anxious shout came through the channel.

"I have civilians falling with the rubble over here! I need… I need backup!"

And the instigator of all this, Tel-Rol, was laughing heartily.

"Hahahaha! Now that's more like it! Yes! Just like that!"

He punched Ultron out of the sky, creating another deep crater on the ground.

"Hit harder! Didn't you eat? Calling yourself a god with only this much strength?"

Ultron slowly flew out of the crater, and on its vibranium shell, a faint scratch finally appeared.

Its electronic eyes flickered, and its internal processor was performing billions of calculations per second.

Conclusion: Target cannot be destroyed by physical attack. Combat efficiency too low. Strategy must change.

Ultron stopped attacking, floating silently in mid-air.

"You enjoy chaos, you crave destruction."

Its electronically synthesized voice echoed across the sky.

"Then, I shall give you a stage worthy of you."

Ultron suddenly spread its arms.

In the very center of the city, the massive device that had lifted all of Sokovia into the air instantly burst into dazzling light.

"Crack—Rumble!!!"

The earth let out its final mournful cry.

Countless massive cracks spread from the city center, and the entire city began to disintegrate!

A huge city fragment, several blocks in size, with hospitals and residential buildings still on it, suddenly broke away from the main body, lost its lift, and began to tilt and fall towards the ground ten thousand meters below!

Countless desperate screams came from the falling landmass.

"No!"

Steve shouted from the ground.

Tony's armor engines were at full throttle, turning him into a red and gold streak of light that rushed over, but he knew in his heart it was too late.

He alone couldn't stop something that big!

Tel-Rol, in mid-air, also stopped his movements.

He watched the massive city fragment accelerating its descent, his brows furrowed, his face full of annoyance at being interrupted.

"Hey! You interrupted my fight!"

Just at this moment.

"Whoosh—"

A sharp sonic boom tore through the sky.

A red and blue streak of light, moving at extreme speed, flashed past the quinjet.

Kara Zor-El.

She had arrived.

Under everyone's astonished gaze, Kara flew precisely beneath the massive city fragment.

She extended her arms upwards, steadily holding up the falling landmass!

"Boom—!!!"

An invisible shockwave exploded with her at its center.

Kara's body suddenly sank in the air, the air beneath her feet seemed to be compressed into a solid, forming visible ripples.

The muscles on her fair arms instantly tensed, veins protruding.

But she held it.

That city fragment, weighing hundreds of thousands of tons and carrying destructive kinetic energy, was held up by her alone, thousands of meters from the ground!

The Avengers fighting on the ground, the panicked fleeing civilians, and even the emotionless robot soldiers, all stopped their movements, staring blankly at the miracle in the sky.

Tel-Rol slowly turned his head.

He looked at the girl in the blue bodysuit and red cape, gritting her teeth, holding up a piece of the sky.

That face, both familiar and somewhat strange to him.

A slow, playful smile bloomed on his face.

"Well, long time no see."

He spoke lazily, in a tone full of mockery.

"My dear Kara!"

Kara used all her strength to push the city fragment upwards, stabilizing its momentum.

She lowered her head, her golden hair falling, obscuring her expression.

But everyone could hear her voice, squeezed through clenched teeth, filled with barely suppressed fury.

"Tel-Rol!"

"You bastard!"
