Seeing him hesitate, Vegeta smiled mockingly.
"What's wrong, Kakarot?"
"Don't dare to move anymore?"
"You were pretty confident earlier. Didn't you want to see the difference between Super Saiyans?"
Goku took a deep breath.
"Then I won't hold back!"
His golden aura exploded outward.
In an instant, he transformed into a streak of light, appearing right in front of Vegeta as his fist—packed with terrifying force—smashed forward.
The battle erupted.
Vegeta showed no fear.
He responded calmly, blocking each strike with ease.
Goku's offense was sharp and relentless, but the gap between them was simply too vast.
Vegeta didn't even need to get serious.
Fists and kicks clashed.
Shockwaves tore through the air.
The collision of two Super Saiyans created a scene of terrifying destruction.
Even the aftershocks alone were unbearable to those watching.
Far away, on King Kai's Planet, Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Piccolo, and even the Ginyu Force were completely shaken.
This battle had erupted far too suddenly.
Vegeta's sudden appearance on Namek had already been shocking enough.
Instant Transmission was simply absurd.
"This is… the power of Super Saiyans?" Tien Shinhan exclaimed.
"Not just their aura—even their physical bodies have completely transformed!"
"And this is only the beginning," Chiaotzu added in awe.
"If it weren't for King Kai's ability, I wouldn't even be able to see their movements."
One by one, the others voiced their shock.
Finally, Piccolo spoke, his tone heavy.
"Son Goku… isn't a match for Vegeta at all."
"What?!"
"No way!"
"They're both Super Saiyans—how can the difference be that big?!"
Piccolo remained serious.
"You'll understand soon enough. Vegeta's Super Saiyan is fundamentally different from Goku's."
Silence followed.
Then King Kai spoke.
"Piccolo's right. Vegeta's Super Saiyan is on an entirely different level."
Shock spread through the group.
Only one person remained silent.
Yamcha.
It wasn't that he had nothing to say.
It was that he had noticed something far more troubling.
The subtle interaction between Vegeta and Bulma.
The closeness.
The unspoken understanding.
As Bulma's former boyfriend, Yamcha immediately sensed it.
Something had definitely happened between them.
Heartbreak twisted into anger.
Anger into resentment.
He had never truly had Bulma—yet now, after his death, Vegeta had taken everything.
His fists clenched.
Malice quietly grew.

Vegeta and Goku continued to exchange blows.

At the same level, defeating him would be extremely difficult for almost anyone.
But Vegeta was different.
Even if Goku unleashed 120% of his strength, Vegeta could still suppress him effortlessly.
The realm gap could not be erased.
Vegeta was allowing this fight to continue for only one reason—
To show Goku the truth.
Goku's style was perfectly balanced.
Offense and defense intertwined.

And reappeared in front of Goku.
A savage kick slammed into Goku's chest.
Even though Goku crossed his arms to block, the impact sent him flying like a cannonball.
The ground shattered.
He crashed into a nearby island.
A massive explosion followed.
At this level, every strike carried the power to shatter the earth.
Planet destruction was no exaggeration.
"Is that all you've got, Kakarot?" Vegeta said calmly, retracting his leg.
"If this is all your strength, then you're boring."
Absolute domination.
The spectators were stunned.
Just one kick erased any illusion of balance.
"It's not over yet, Vegeta!"
A roar erupted from the ruins.
A pillar of golden light shot into the sky.
Goku rose again.
His aura hadn't increased—but it hadn't weakened either.
"Then come," Vegeta said, beckoning casually.
Provoked, Goku charged again.
His assault grew wilder, fiercer—
But it was meaningless.
Vegeta stopped countering.
He simply dodged.
Effortlessly.
Finally, he caught Goku's wrist.
"How… is this possible…?" Goku gasped.
"How strong are you now?!"
Vegeta laughed softly.
"What's impossible about it? You're improving—so why would I stand still?"
"Kakarot, your attacks are too weak. And your speed is too slow."
"One last thing. Super Saiyan… is just the beginning."
Vegeta spoke plainly, revealing the truth without concealment.
Goku understood instantly.
"Just… the beginning…?" Goku muttered.
Pain exploded in his abdomen.
Vegeta's fist had already landed.
Blood spilled from Goku's mouth as his body slumped forward.
Vegeta grabbed his collar and lifted him up.
"This… is… your… full… power…?" Goku gasped.
Krillin, Gohan, and Nail stared in horror.
Super Saiyan Goku—utterly helpless.
"To think Vegeta has become this strong…" Krillin whispered.
"We underestimated him," Nail said grimly.
"If we're getting stronger, why would he stop?"
Gohan clenched his fists.
Even among Super Saiyans—
There were still levels.
"Kakarot," Vegeta said coldly, tossing him aside, "I look forward to the day you truly catch up."
"Next time… I want a real fight."
Goku barely regained his footing.
"Your… full power…?" he muttered bitterly.
"So you weren't even serious…"
Super Saiyan…
Was only the beginning.
