Son Goku bowed deeply, his gratitude sincere.
The Grand Elder waved his hand gently, signaling that it was nothing worth mentioning.
After a few more polite exchanges, Goku, Krillin, and Gohan left the inner chamber.
Once they were gone, the Grand Elder let out a long sigh, his expression showing clear exhaustion.
"I only hope this crisis can be completely resolved while I am still alive…"
Outside, Son Goku was eager to test his newly gained strength.
But without a suitable opponent, he knew he couldn't just rush back to challenge Vegeta.
Losing again immediately after his potential was unlocked would be far too embarrassing.
At this moment, Goku was surprisingly calm. Despite his straightforward personality, he wasn't reckless—he always thought things through carefully.
In the end, with no better option, Son Goku sparred with Krillin and Gohan, and Nail soon joined in as well.
Nail, clearly curious about Goku's current strength, also hoped to improve himself through the exchange.

Seeing this, Krillin and Gohan didn't disturb him.
Now wasn't the peak of the crisis—it was the best opportunity to grow stronger.
The next two days couldn't be wasted.
They needed to keep training, doing everything they could to avoid holding the others back.
So how should they train?
Krillin and Gohan immediately thought of 100× gravity training—and this time, they brought Nail along.
With Goku present and no immediate danger on Namek, there was no need to worry about the Grand Elder.
Nail hesitated at first, but after the Grand Elder personally encouraged him, he finally let go of his concerns.
According to the Grand Elder, the remaining Namekians were safe for now, and guarding duties could be handled by others.

Vegeta wasn't surprised by Krillin and Gohan's return.
What did surprise him was Nail joining them.
This Namekian, once so arrogant, was clearly different now—far less irritating than before.
Vegeta didn't dwell on it. His emotions were perfectly under control.
Not only did he not keep them at a distance, he even took the initiative to offer them the 200× gravity training room.
Since they had come to him, he had no reason to be stingy. Besides, he wanted to see just how far they could go.
More importantly, Vegeta had already fully adapted to 200× gravity. Continuing that training would still help, but it wasn't necessary right now.

She was studying the spaceship Dr. Brief had built and was already attempting to modify the 100× gravity device.
Using it now would only slow down her progress.
Vegeta wanted an even higher gravity multiplier, so he handed over the 200× room and let Bulma focus on her work.

Watching Krillin, Gohan, and Nail enter the gravity room, Vegeta crossed his arms and looked in Goku's direction.
He could clearly sense Goku's current state.
After having his potential unlocked, Goku's strength had reached at least three million, comparable to Vegeta's own level after his breakthrough.
Vegeta had expected Goku to rush over and challenge him again—but instead, Goku chose to train.
Though slightly disappointed, Vegeta was even more eager.
There would definitely be another battle between them.
But that battle should wait until King Cold arrived.
"Let me see how far you can grow in two days. If you can become a Super Saiyan using King Cold as a stepping stone, that would be interesting. At least then, I'll have to fight seriously."
Vegeta smirked.
King Cold alone wouldn't be enough to truly excite him.
As for rumors about hidden transformations? Vegeta dismissed them entirely.
If King Cold really had such a trump card, he wouldn't have been effortlessly killed by Trunks in the future.
Turning away, Vegeta leapt onto a high ridge on the island and sat down cross-legged.
This was a perfect spot.
For these two days, he planned to focus on ki control and mental training.
Extreme gravity had dominated his training recently—now it was time to refine and consolidate.

After some discussion, Krillin, Gohan, and Nail activated 100× gravity.
The result was immediate.
With power levels just over 40,000, the crushing force of 100× Earth's gravity pinned them down, making movement nearly impossible.
"This… this is gravity training… no wonder you all became so strong…" Nail spoke with difficulty, his admiration unmistakable.
Even Krillin and Gohan, who had trained under 50× gravity before, were struggling badly.
"Goku took six days… to adapt to 100× gravity… this is way worse than 50×…" Krillin muttered, barely holding himself up.
"This… this is too much… I can't breathe… Krillin Uncle…" Gohan's face turned purple as he clenched his teeth.
Seeing this, Krillin immediately lowered the gravity.
Pushing any further would be dangerous—especially for Gohan.
As the gravity dropped step by step, their conditions improved.
Finally, Krillin stabilized it at 50× gravity.
"Let's start from 50×. Once we adapt, we'll increase it gradually," Krillin said.
Both Gohan and Nail nodded in agreement.
Training together meant advancing together.
Time flew by.
In the blink of an eye, two days passed.
By the end of it, Krillin, Gohan, and Nail still hadn't fully adapted to 100× gravity—but they could barely manage it.
From 50× to nearly stabilizing at 90×, their progress was astonishing—far faster than Goku's had been.
Their potential was constantly being forced out under pressure, and they trained with clear goals and methods, many of them suggested by Vegeta.
Their power levels skyrocketed.
Nail: 96,000
Krillin: 90,000
Gohan: 85,000
Gohan's true combat power, however, could exceed Krillin's when his emotions erupted.
During training, Gohan had briefly burst past 200,000, only to fall back once he calmed down.
Without Old Kai's ritual, the Grand Elder's method alone couldn't fully awaken Gohan's hidden power.
After shutting down the gravity room, the three staggered out.
Dende immediately rushed over to heal them.
Without him, this level of training would've been impossible.
"Vegeta's still there… hasn't moved?" Krillin asked, glancing toward the distant ridge.
Dende nodded. "Yes. He's been meditating the entire two days."
Gohan added quietly, "Dad's the same. He hasn't moved either… but his ki feels much deeper now."
Krillin sighed bitterly. "Your ki sensing is already that sharp… I really can't compare."
Gohan scratched his head shyly. "I still have a long way to go, Krillin Uncle."
Nail remained silent, his perception expanding outward.
Then his expression changed.
He had sensed it.
A massive, terrifying evil ki—approaching rapidly.
"Nail Brother?" Dende asked nervously.
Nail nodded gravely. "You can sense it too. That presence… it's almost here."
Krillin and Gohan's faces changed instantly.
King Cold had arrived.
And he was less than half an hour away.
"Vegeta and Goku are still meditating… even at our level, we can't stop him," Krillin said tightly.
Nail clenched his fists. "Then we stand and fight. Even if we can't win, we'll delay them."
Krillin and Gohan exchanged looks, then nodded firmly.
Even if they couldn't defeat the enemy—
They would not back down.
