"Finally, we're here!"
As the spaceship hatch opened, a familiar and energetic voice rang out.
Immediately after, a figure in an orange martial arts uniform stepped out, eye-catching and unmistakable.
It was Goku.
His black hair stood up wildly, swaying slightly in the wind. Combined with his relaxed expression, he looked completely at ease.
"So this is Planet Namek? It's totally different from what I imagined," Goku said, stepping onto the ground and taking a deep breath of fresh air.
The journey through space over the past few days had really cramped him up. It was the first time in his life he'd felt so stifled.
If it weren't for the urgency of the situation—and the need to grow stronger—he truly couldn't have endured staying inside such a confined space.
Fortunately, the spaceship's 100x gravity training had kept him occupied. Otherwise, he really might have gone crazy.
After taking several deep breaths and fully calming himself, Goku spread out his senses and quickly detected the situation dozens of miles away.
"Huh? That close already?" he muttered. "Vegeta's there… Bulma too… Krillin and Gohan as well. And—there's a fight going on."
The corners of his mouth lifted slightly.
Without hesitation, Goku leapt into the air and flew straight toward the battlefield.
He didn't even stop to think about what the situation might be like when he saw Vegeta again.
After all, back on Earth, they were practically mortal enemies—but Goku honestly wasn't afraid of Vegeta killing him.
That was just how simple his mindset was.
This was Goku.

As Goku's ki rapidly approached, Vegeta, Krillin, and Gohan all sensed it.
The others, however, were completely confused.
Especially the Ginyu Force.
Even with scouters, they couldn't detect someone who was deliberately suppressing his ki.
It wasn't until Goku arrived on the island that everyone finally turned their attention toward him.
"Dad!"
The moment Gohan saw him, he rushed over in excitement.
"Goku… you finally made it," Krillin said, his eyes turning red as he looked at his longtime friend—healthy, stronger, and very much alive.
"Haha! Looks like I arrived just in time," Goku said cheerfully.
"It's great to see you all safe. And wow—Gohan, Krillin, you've both gotten really strong."
He greeted Krillin briefly, then squatted down in front of Gohan, noticing the injuries on his face at once.
"Did that guy hit you?" Goku asked calmly, glancing toward Burter.
"Yes," Gohan nodded obediently. "He's too fast. Uncle Krillin and I couldn't keep up, so we got hurt."
With his father present, Gohan's earlier toughness completely disappeared.
"It's okay," Goku said with a reassuring smile. "Dad's here now. He won't be able to hurt you anymore."
He then turned his gaze toward Jeice, Guldo, and Ginyu.
After sensing their ki for a moment, Goku already had a clear understanding.
Only Ginyu was worth paying attention to.
The others—including the one who injured Krillin and Gohan—were nothing special.
Finally, Goku looked toward Vegeta—and naturally, his eyes first landed on Bulma standing behind him.
"Yo! Bulma!" Goku waved with a grin. "It's really great that you're okay!"
That single sentence instantly set Bulma off.
"What kind of attitude is that?!" she snapped.
"I've gone through so much danger for you guys! I've nearly died more than once—are you hoping something bad happens to me?!"
Goku froze.
"No, no! That's not what I meant!" he said quickly, scratching his cheek awkwardly.
"I just meant it's great you're safe. Of course I don't want anything bad to happen to you."
Bulma was still fuming, feeling completely wronged.
Helpless, Goku finally turned his attention properly to Vegeta.
"Long time no see, Vegeta!" Goku said naturally, stepping forward as if greeting an old friend.
"Has no one ever told you that you're far too presumptuous?" Vegeta said coldly, not even looking at him.
"Don't get it wrong. We're not friends—we're enemies. Don't act so familiar, Kakarot."
Honestly, this guy was unbelievable. He acted the same no matter who he was facing.
Still, knowing Goku's personality, Vegeta begrudgingly accepted it internally.
"Hehe! Even though you're still not a good person, you really seem different after what happened on Namek," Goku said with a grin.
"I should thank you—for taking care of Gohan and Krillin. And Bulma too."
As he stepped closer—within two meters—Goku suddenly paused.
He raised his hand, gesturing back and forth between himself and Vegeta, comparing their heights.
"Huh?" Goku said in surprise. "That's weird… I feel like you've gotten a lot taller than before."
"…?"
Vegeta's expression completely froze.
A million alpacas thundered through his mind.
Are you fucking serious, Kakarot?!
Watching Goku casually compare their heights using his own body as a reference made Vegeta's blood pressure spike.
What the hell kind of comparison was that?!
Did Porunga's power not fully affect this idiot because his brain was too simple?!
"Oh, well. It's probably nothing," Goku added casually.
Vegeta's face darkened instantly.
There really was something wrong with this guy's head—ever since he was a child.
"By the way," Goku continued, completely oblivious, "are these guys Frieza's subordinates? Did they come here to avenge Frieza?"
Vegeta was too tired to argue.
Since Goku was already here and asking, he answered lazily, "What, you interested? Fine. I'll leave them to you. It works out—bald Krillin and your son can't handle them anymore."
"Sounds good!" Goku said excitedly.
"I was just looking for a chance to stretch a bit. I've been cooped up for days. After I'm done with them, you have to fight me. I want to see how strong you are now."
With Goku's sudden arrival, the entire situation changed in an instant.
For the Ginyu Force, everything had become incomprehensible.
This newly arrived guy was also a Saiyan, but they had never seen him before and had no idea where he came from.
"Damn it!!" Burter shouted angrily. "Vegeta, are you cheating now?!"
He was just about to finish off those two brats.
The battlefield—
Was about to enter an entirely new phase.
